It’s run down and it isn’t in a trendy neighborhood, but you will always find a friendly smile and down home cooking at a reasonable price. The menu has plenty of Cajun/a creole selections and local fresh seafood. The food prepared authentically and always good. No gourmet fixin’s here, but a yummy meal as close to a Louisiana kitchen as you can get this far north. You will never be rushed here, so grab a table, enjoy good food and drink, and a long conversation.
