Stayed here in September as part of a group tour on a dinner, bed & breakfast basis. The food offered was very minimal in choice and very poor in quality. Often cold. Drinks not refilled. Pots not washed properly. Everyone in the group complained to our guide who spoke to the hotel. They assured him they would rectify the problems for our return(spent the last night here before flying home). When we returned nothing had changed. In fact we were served exactly the same food. Don't stay here!!!! If you cater yourself there is hardly any kitchen equipment.

Overall= please please only consider as a last resort! We only stayed as closer to downtown than the big chains but ended up getting taxis anyway.

Pros:
- Located within 2 mins of Abdali Mall and The Boulevard.
- Nice décor.

Cons:
- Felt extremely unwelcome as totally disregarded by staff. No information at check in, not even acknowledgment when you entered the building.
- Large groups of young boys hang around the area at night so very intimidating and noisy.
- Clientele appears to be limited (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar) so would not recommend to Western tourists.
- Very poor housekeeping- really minimal when done, sheets were not changed for duration of stay.

Very clean rooms, and very friendly and accommodating staff. We arrived very late at night still the check in worked smoothly. Garage at the site and 24h open. The location is awesome, and easily reachable by car from the airport close to downtown still save and clean in the neighborhood.

We stayed in Downtown Apartments for 3 nights. A little hesitant at first as the hotel is very new so not many reviews to go by but it was very worth it!

The Location:
The apartments are in the Abdali District which is a huge new modern district with a mall, plenty of restaurants, sky rise buildings reminiscent of Dubai and a beautiful boulevard where you can spend time outdoors just sitting and relaxing. The Arjaan Rotana and W are all next door. A huge contrast to Amman city centre as everything is all built up. That being said a taxi to Downtown Amman to get to Rainbow Street or the Citadel is 1/2JD and only 10 mins away. If you are looking to explore Amman without compromising on quality then staying in the Abdali is ideal.

The Apartments:
The Apartments itself are stunning. Very modern with tasteful interiors. We stayed in a King standard room and it came with a small kitchen which had an electric hob, microwave, fridge and utensils which was nice to have in the morning. Our stay was very comfortable and it was nice to come back to after a day of sightseeing.

The Service:
The reception service was amazing. The staff are so helpful and nothing is ever a hassle for them. They have connections to tours but we preferred using local taxis who would take you to Jerash and the main sights of Amman at a fraction of the price. From the managers to the cleaners everyone was very friendly and nice which added to the overall great experience!

I could not recommend the apartments enough. The perfect ideal location with beautiful rooms and amazing service!
