I did a review earlier, but in all frankness, I wasn't able to find the description of what we took, We did an all day, skip the line from Seville to Alhambra including ($15 Euro add on a walking tour of the old city. SAVE THE $15 euro. The walking tour is a joke, and deposits you in a tourist trap for lunch at a bar that operated several restaurants in the small square.
Here's the net, the big tour companies buy up all the Alhambra tickets and unless you've planned WAY in advance, this is your only way into Alhambra. We basically had a very underwhelming tour. And it was supposed to be english, and it ended up being bilingual, so I'm sure the guide had to truncate what he said to be able to say it in English and spanish. And my spanish is good enough that I could tell different details were being told at times in different languages!
Also, the communication prior to the tour was bad. Others have pointed out that you try and call them, and no answer. No return of emails or text messages until late the night before. Not sure what the answer is, but just have low expectations.
