Great food, great service and comparative prices to other Restuarant, but eating here was special, you won’t be disappointed.

We visited here for dinner on the last day of our holiday last month and were welcomed by a really lovely gentleman, the service was brilliant and the food was superb. Really beautiful restaurant and we got to see the fireworks at the same time!...We had intended to go to a restaurant called greek spirit but the staff were outright rude and very patronising of us as english people sadly and said he could only take reservations for locals and would not accept any walk ins which made no sense. Greatly appreciate the kindness of the staff at the Opera Steakhouse, we had a brilliant time and was a lovely end to our holiday thank you 😊More
There are some mixed reviews on here for this restaurant but I have to say our meal this evening was excellent, fillet steak as good as I have had for a while. Definitely worth a try to be honest. Not a tourist trap at all,...fair price for excellent food, you get what you pay for 👍More
We just popped in here on the way to the bus after watching the rugby. Oh man, I wish we'd have found this much earlier in our trip and not the day before we leave. I've had bariatric surgery, so I can only eat very...small portions. The waiter and chef were so accommodating and lovely and said I could have any dish in a half size! I had chicken with Diane sauce and chips. The half portion was still bigger than I could eat, but I was only charged half price! Amazing. It was the nicest chicken dish I've ever tasted, anywhere!! I really forced myself to eat as much as I could, but in the end, my husband finished mine as well as his Chicken with curry sauce, which he said was equally as delicious. I would 100% recommend this place. All of the staff from the guy on the door tp the chef and waiters were all amazing. Thank you so much!!More
Tasty food decent prices with lovely friendly service. The steak was absolutely beautiful so tender and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend
Really disappointed. Ordered the filet minion in a red wine sauce and the sauce got that cold it was like jelly. Red wine sauce should be like a dew instead of a cold gravy like sauce, the the thin strips of steak were covered in...the sauce to cover up how thin they were. It also didn’t help they were swimming in grease from the potatoes. Sent back, obviously to the dismay of the staff who aren’t used to criticism. Tried bringing out a dish with the sauce on asking to try it, but after seeing the texture of it I really didn’t want to attempt and make ourselves ill. We also had a fillet steak with a JD sauce which was nice, but the potatoes that accompanied it were cold. When we spoke to the member of staff with the goatee beard got very defensive trying to say they are always served warm not hot. Who are you trying to kid?! You can’t try and even defend that when they weren’t even want to start with. We paid the bill and left, it was obvious the chap with the goatee beard didn’t like the fact we complained about the food because he kept on looking at us as we left the premises complaining about us to the assistant waiter. If you have something to say, say it to us and don’t wait for us to leave to say it! Save your time and money, avoid disappointment and don’t fall for this tourist trap. If you want a proper steak house go to El Toro in Rhodes town!More
We struggled to find places where we both really enjoyed our food in Faliraki however we both had a lovely meal here. Food was really tasty and seasoned well. We both ate off the grill, partner had steak I had pork chops and they were...cooked perfectly for us. Service was ok not overbearing. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, Desert Rose often gets promoted as best restaurant in Faliraki but we thought this was much better.More
This looks amazing from the outside and it doesn't disappointing when you go in side either it's beautiful. The food was very average if I'm honest and the whole family said the same. The staff were lovely and they couldn't do enough for you. Whilst...writing this review I have to tell you the Rhodes fires were on going and the chef had to leave due to this so this could have been why the food wasn't what we expected. Its a beautiful place just the food wasn't amazing.More
Still Seven years we visit our favorite restaurant in Faliraki: the Opera. The service is very very kindly and the food is excellent! The steak is the best of Faliraki! Also the fishfood for two is lovely. Thanks.
Beautiful restaurant !! We initially walked past thinking this restaurant would be out of our budget due to how beautiful the building is but in fact it is very reasonably priced. The food was amazing (I’ve thought about it for days) and service was very...quick. There’s plenty of vegetarian options which were tasty as well as meat. Would definitely recommend getting a table upstairs under the stairs. Can’t fault.More
I just want to say I use Trip Advisor all the time so I like to add a review so people have an honest review. We are a family of 5 (3 teens one fussy eater). On appearance from the outside the restaurant looks great...and the inside doesn't disappoint. Very friendly helpful staff. Large extensive menu, something for everyone. Food was delicious and reasonable. We left very happy saying we'd happily return. Definitely worth a visit if holidaying in FalirakiMore
Was recommended to go here from another couple in our hotel and we were so glad they did!! We had a mixed grill and a special steak (filet) with Roquefort sauce and it was cooked perfectly! For dessert we shared a chocolate crepe and again...these were tasty! When you’re in an all inclusive this place makes the hotel food shameful!! Well worth the visit and the interior is very pretty and lots of people taking photos etc. Glad we went and would recommend!More
We came across this little gem a year ago when we visited for a week, we ate here for 4 nights and have thought about it all year round. The man at the front is so friendly and isn’t like other restaurants where they can...try to force you inside. He has a hands off approach, the building and architecture catches your eye then the menu. I had the steak and potato’s and my Fiancé had pastas, stuffed peppers and suvlaki and every time it was top notch. The staff are so friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble for any of them. It’s an amazing dining experience whether you sit upstairs or downstairs. The starters and deserts are amazing and the price is superb too. Brilliant value for money and they can cater for all types of parties. Whether you eat in sunlight or night time the atmosphere is amazing and you don’t want to miss eating here.More
Our second time in Rhodes two years in a row, last June we came here almost every evening for dinner so when we landed in Rhodes this year, the first place we went to for dinner was Opera. Since coming here for dinner, I’ve tried...the vegetarian options and also the chicken souvlaki, my fiancé got the steak and all meals we have had are absolutely incredible! The prices are amazing too, we couldn’t believe how inexpensive our meal was considering a steak dinner alone back home in N.Ireland would be double this price!! The staff are really lovely too and couldn’t do enough for you. We will definitely be back and highly recommend…a must try!! There’s also been families in when we have been there for dinner, so definitely family-friendly too :)More
We had the garlic bread to start which was delicious. Then for main we had the beef stifado and the chicken souvlaki. Food was good however the portion size weren’t particularly big for the dishes we had. The pasta and steak looked amazing. If we...returned would probably opt for one. We waited quite a long time for the bill with empty glasses. The building here was amazing incredibly beautiful.More
