Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Some reviews mention ocean view, well that is possible but via a telescope perhaps because nearest sea side, which is Motril, is around 70km away. If you read reviews mentioning ocean view and city center, just ignore them. This is not that Villa Blanca. That one is in Morocco. Well about the hotel, why do a tourist goes to Granada? For Alhambra and flamenco obviously. Hotel is far away from both attractions. Also the hotel is old and rooms are small. Still if this hotel offers you reasonable price, you should take it. It is not a bad place to stay, i have been in worse.

Stayed here on the 13th August, from spending the day at Alhambra Palace and Gardens. Away from Granada North just off the A44 jct 118, found it on Booking.com Very much a basic hotel, room is basic no tea or coffee in the room which was a disappointment. Bathroom clean and tiled floor. Bedroom laminated wooden floor, 2 single beds made into a double very limited when it comes to pillows, though does have air conditioning, got a good night's sleep though. Breakfast not much to say really cold and hot bits, drinks from machine for coffee was OK though orange juice was disgusting 🤢. Free parking and WiFi, think its fair to say that here in England we would class this is an Ibis Budget/Travelodge. We found using TripAdvisor a lovely restaurant about 2km away for an evening meal 🍴

Ended up here through Hotwire and it was ok. Rooms were clean and car park was easy. There's not much nearby and not much onsite for food. Made the best of a stopover on the way to Granada. Would not reccomend unless just a place to sleep for the night.

The hotel is far from city. Turkish tour operators choose thos place I do not know why, I guess economical. Hot dishes if you can find is not tasteful. There is a cafe 1 km away you can find calamar and pizza. (San ilfonso) . Rooms are large but there is no minibar, the water is not hot and the pressure is very low. There was a bidet in the bathroom may be it is why turkish tour operators choose this hotel. Breakfast was nice for a tour hotel. Coffee is awful from the machine. I choose tea negro. If it was not a tour although the staff was nice will be at the bottom of my list.

Conveniently located close to the highway. We found this hotel, that served as a pit stop to our Costa del Sol holiday, at a very cheep price online the day before our arrival. The hotel has a high standard, was very clean and was occupied with nice friendly and helpfull staff members. It served a range of food and a breakfast buffet could be bought at an additional but affordable price. The room was very hotel-like, we had a big twin room, with two big beds and a huge bathroom. Everything was spotless. There is a lovely outdoor pool on the premises.

Wake up call service was not working properly. Sanitary system was working very loudy during all night long.. Elevator was not working. Noone to help you to move your luggage. Breakfast was worst and also they demand additional money if you take out your leftovers. Workers were rude.. Do not recommend to anyone.

As it was a holiday weekend the room cost double its normal price. The room was clean but that's it for positives. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaked a lot if you moved. The only time you'll sleep in this hotel is between 2am and 6am, the noise of every footstep, every door closing, every shower etc. reverberates through the corridor and will wake you up, it seriously needs some noise suppression! Breakfast was an additional €11 each and not worth half that, for example, the apples were wrinkly and well passed their use-by date. I would not recommend this hotel even with its normal price, let alone the holiday weekend I paid.

We stayed here for a few days in order to visit Granada. The hotel was very good for this. The rooms were clean, beautifully cleaned every day. The staff were lovely; very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The only problem is that there are not enough staff which I presume is down to the management and not the staff themselves. That is why the only food available is snacks but it is an easy walk into the village if you want more. You do not need a car in order to be able to visit Granada. We had two small children and the bus transfer was very easy. As a base to visit the city I would recommend this hotel but please can they employ even just one more member of staff - because those staff they have do have far too much to do.
