Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Check in easily and quickly done. There is a lift what is important for us with heavy luggage. We received a plate with fruit soon we got in the room. The room is reasonable size with fridge, comfortable bed, air conditioner/heat system and good wi fi. Location is good when you have a car and they have a free parking. Breakfast is good and no many variety but a suggestion to have a glass cup instead disposable ones. Overall good value for the money and I recommend it.

I was travelling in Sicily for three days and spent here just one night. While the interior -panelling, foyer, room doors- looked new, once in our chamber things went worse: AC didn’t obbey our orders but a distant mastermind’s, beds ridiculously small, deficient cleanliness. One hanger for two bath towels? Morning buffet just mediocre. It is true the hotel is close to the justly famous Valley of the Temples, the caveat being its location in a half developed area with barely any restaurants or services. The staff was OK but all in all one gets the impression that the place has known better days.

Hotels that tour companies use do vary greatly but this one is a real gem. Very modern/smart in style. The meals were included here and the food/service was excellent -dinner was more like eatng in a restaurant - very impressive.

This is a no frills, simple hotel outside of Agrigento. Pros: inexpensive, free parking, buffet breakfast had a decent spread Cons: you need a car to see the tourist sights in Agrigento from this hotel.

This hotel serves both the business traveller and tourist well for a short stay. Rooms are modern, very clean, warm, provide all the essentials, though on the small side. The hotel is well located, with some supermarkets, shops and eateries nearby. Evening meal was good with excellent service though breakfast was rather basic and disappointing, nothing much for those who don't have a sweet tooth! It would have been a bonus if there had been some hot food, even if only boiled/scrambled eggs. Wifi was fast and free, staff were very friendly, what a shame there was no hospitality tray in the bedrooms though.

We stayed here on our visit to the Valley Of Temples. Modern hotel on the highway. Derelict buildings adjacent. Market and pharmacy within walking distance. Nice place with friendly people. I liked this hotel.

The location is out of the main township, and it appears to be a commercial centre. Nonetheless for a one night stay to visit the Valley of Temples is okay. The room is bright and clean. Okay restaurant, dinner was good but breakfast there wasn't much on offer. There is a McDonalds next to the hotel and a couple of grocery shops nearby.

Stayed here only for one night. Clean and modern hotel! Friendly atmosphere! Had dinner and breakfast there- very good. Service was great. Right next door is a McDonald's and grocery stores are a short walk away. The local police seem to hang out there... not sure what that's about...😉

The hotel was average, the dinner was great but the front desk was a joke. They were not friendly and appeared bothered if you needed something. Also the area was not great. There was a MacDonalds next door that has an outdoor playground with kids screaming until midnight. It was hot and they did nothing about AC even with several calls. Would not recommend staying here.

We stayed one night at this hotel as part of our Sicily tour. There is not much around the hotel except for a McDonalds and it is on a busy road. The room was the smallest we had on the trip with not very much room for our luggage, however it was functional and clean. Although there was free wifi we couldn't get it to work on our phones. There were no English channels on the TV, we don't really watch TV on holiday but do like to catch up on the news. The bathroom had a decent shower, the bed was comfortable and our room was quiet, but overall the hotel was nothing special. We had dinner in the hotel as part of our package and they catered for my prawn allergy. Breakfast was good with a nice choice, but as always in Italy, there was more choice for those with a sweet tooth.
