Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very nice property with large rooms and located very near attractions, bars, and restaurants. Parking is very secure and worth the price. Very walkable neighborhood. Breakfast was ok— nothing exceptional.

Quick check in, great rooms, very clean. Friendly staff. Love the desks in the rooms. The breakfast buffet was very good with quite a few options. There were quite a few bars and restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is fine, it wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great. I’m kinda salty they charged $22 for parking like shouldn’t that be included? It didn’t say anything about that beforehand. The tv was stuck on a chromecast channel that didn’t even work. So that was annoying, we couldn’t watch anything. Also my toilet paper was wet. I could tell the room was clean but honestly it just gave grimy vibes. There was red stains all over the curtains and I didn’t love that. What really got me though, was the $6 bottle of water in the room. I was extremely thirsty at 3 am when I got up to pee so I drank it without even realizing there was a $6 price tag on it. I normally get free water bottles at other hotels so I didn’t think anything of it. I also get charging money for water… but $6????? Like damn. Uncool. The walls are also paper thin. I don’t know since I had to pay for parking I’d probably stay further away and just Uber to Stage AE if I was going to a concert there again. It wasn’t worth the price.

Common areas, elevators, hallways and room furniture are overdue for updating. The first room that we were assigned smelled of cigarettes and Clorox. Staff was very accommodating is changing our room but the property is in need of improvements.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a series of failures in communication and service, which significantly impacted my stay and that of other guests. The primary issue arose when a false fire alarm sounded, causing confusion and concern among guests at 3AM. Despite this alarm, there was a lack of effective communication from Hyatt staff regarding the situation. Guests were left standing outside in the snow without any notice or direction, exacerbating feelings of anxiety and frustration. Furthermore, when the alarm sounded repeatedly, I attempted to contact the front desk for assistance, only to discover that my phone had not been properly connected to the wall—a clear oversight on the part of your staff. When I finally reached a representative, they seemed ill-prepared and uninformed about the necessary procedures to assist residents during such emergencies. Mentioning involvement of the fire department without providing clarity or reassurance added to the sense of chaos and uncertainty. What is most distressing is the lack of assistance provided to families, including one with a baby under the age of 1. These guests were left unassisted and disturbed, further highlighting the failure of your staff to prioritize guest safety and comfort. Overall, my experience at your hotel was unacceptable, and I urge you to address these issues promptly to prevent similar incidents in the future. Guests deserve better communication, preparation, and support during emergencies.

We were close to the Children's Museum and the National Aviary. The room had 2 queen beds and a double sofa bed that was partially walled off from the sleeping area. Very nice for traveling with children.

Business seminar for a week. Traveled back and forth from home to the hotel only stayed 1 night because the test was early Saturday morning. But overall the room was nice and the bathrooms were clean. Over all the experience was good!

Probably one of the worst hotel stays I had, very dirty, staff doesn’t want to hear any problems. Bathroom was gross, stains on floor, bed very uncomfortable.parking is impossible. When you complain about it there rude.

Great place to stay and was close to my jobsite. Staff and management were so helpful with the constant changing roster of people associated with the project staying at the hotel. They even handled an emergency of burst pipes during extreme cold.
