Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Rooms are very spacy, with a great view of the city from above, of course not located near to the main attractions. You have to walk aroung 12 to 15 minutes to the next underground station. The brekafast is a very good highlight and you hav many different options according to yout taste.

Quick check-in, quite mordern decoration, efficient room service, it was really a nice place. The tower is the highest in that zone, so I loved not only the view through the French window but also the feeling you could do verything.

The hotel is located a bit outside city center. But it's not too far by subway. Room is very large, comfort and clean. Gym is very large. Breakfast and lunch are delicious and varieties of food. Staff is kind and polite.

Yes, it is big and supposedly provides all the services, but it's missing one very important thing: quality. Very old place. Terrible service attitude by the staff. Breakfast is sub-par. Maybe for local market it can meet the criteria, but it is not up to western standards.

I stay here for 3 nights. Room is spacious and I was given 50th floor so a good bird eye’s view. Buffet breakfast and lunch is so so. One thing not satisfactory is the internet, speed is not fast and i every time have to key in username and password. No shopping around this area.

Decent location, decent rooms nothing special but rooms are large. Old style but clean and ok. Staff english is quite limited in most areas. There was a water leak that caused power in one section of my room to stop

We stayed one night after a cruise. Our room was a deluxe king. It was a good size room with an outstanding view of the city from the 26th floor, a real jaw dropping view. The downstairs bar was nice but not very private or cozy because it was part of the overall lobby/atrium area. My husband ordered a Chardonnay and we had to wait until the server went to another part of the hotel to find a bottle. There were many international hotel guests so this was quite surprising. The upstairs restaurant that overlooked the atrium area didn't have much atmosphere but served the best salmon I've ever had. The breakfast was served in the same area of the hotel and was quite good as well. Overall it was a very nice experience.

This hotel desperately needs a refurbishment and update. This was my third and last stay. I have stayed here for business as tt is convenient. The service is not good, barely any English spoken which makes it very hard to communicate. Wifi is intermittent at best. Room tired, dirty and needs updating. Food not good.
