If i need to be honest I can say that the distance to the city is close, there were 1 bed in the room for 3 people and I asked the person who ran the place, I asked the gentleman where I was going to sleep and I said why are you deceiving peoples they brought me a sofa bed worse hotel i have ever been to in my life and plus I paid €50 air conditioning money, you are already going to a hot place, why do you get extra, I will say that there are more beautiful places I honestly do not recommend this place.

The hotel is very simple but very clean. Ideally situated in Kuşadası a short taxi ride will get you to the town or Ladies Beach. The rooms are large and come with everything you need for your stay. The room is cleaned every day to a high standard. The pool area is very nice with good priced food and drinks. Plenty of sun beds are available but you do have some guests reserving the beds and not using them till late in the afternoon. The staff are friendly and helpful and always will chat with you, the man who works overnights on reception was one of the nicest people I have ever met. Hussain the manager was always helpful too. I used the laundry service and my clothes came back very quickly and perfectly clean and ironed. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone so a huge thank you from us and we will be back in 2024.

Got a good deal online and i know this place so decided I'd go solo. Had a 1 bedroom apartment. Clean , friendly and not too far from town. You can walk down a steep hill which will leave you at Mayflower Restaurant in town. You can get the Dolmus number 5 from town and let the driver know you want to get out at Golden moon.(Keep an eye out as sometimes tge driver get distracted, just shout out Golden moon and he'll stop lol )I found this very handy and only 14.50tl or 50c If you want to get the Dolmus number 5 into town, When you come out of hotel turn right and walk to the end. Turn left and walk down abit till you see a path in the middle that you can walk across. Cross to the other side snd wait for the number 5 Dolmus. They come every few minutes. Being solo found this the cheapest way to get around. Hotel is dated but Pool clean, Food good and cheap enough. Staff cannot do enough for you, Hussein on desk in daytime and Veysel in the evening looking after guests. There is a small shop in the hotel but walk around the outside of hotel there is a Sok supermarket turn another corner there is A101 Supermarket and a small shop and chemist, so plenty around you. Would i go again, definitely.

This was our first time in kusadsi and the first time staying at the golden moon. The rooms are massive and the cleaning fantastic the beds aren't the best for comfort but do the job. The air-conditioning is in the living room personally think it would be better in the bedroom apartments are well equipped with everything you need. The pool looks to have been recently retiled there are still bits that need done. The staff are fantastic nothing is to much hassel they were lovely and would help with anything you needed. The location of this hotel is fantastic is just at the top of a hill (bar street) at one side ladies beach at the other. Air con was 4 euro a day and safety deposit box was 2 euro a day

We have just got back from 2 weeks holiday at Golden Moon Apart Hotel. 8 of us, 4 Adults 4 kids with 2 separate apartments with 2 adults 2 children each room. Firstly I would just like to say how lovely the staff are at this hotel and that they all make this hotel a better place. Especially the bar and waiting staff, they are all so attentive and will do anything for you to help and make you have a good stay. Veysel and Yasin they both speak and understand English very well. Veysel is a very funny man great sense of humour always making jokes and checks on all the guests to make sure they are having a good time. He will help you with anything you need. Yasin is lovely he took all of our kids random food orders and made sure they got exactly what they wanted. Drinks were knocked over everyday 🙈 and he was straight there to clean up with a smile on his face he is very patient with the kids and  learned all of their names (probably from us shouting at them ) but it was a more personal experience than the bigger packed hotels. But all the lads were great 😊 The hotel is budget, quite dated and is a basic hotel. The apartments are a really good size. We paid extra when we arrived for the aircon.  Kitchen living area we had two sofa beds, tables, fridge. It was lacking utensils, cups, glasses etc not really equipped for cooking. However we didn't really want to cook so were happy with the fridge to stores drinks and snacks. There was a TV in the room from the 80's didn't work so found it absolutely pointless they may aswell just get rid of them. Our 6 year old twins found it hilarious though asking what it was 😂. There was a large wardrobe with drawers this was ideal. The bedroom was a good size also with 2 single beds, dressing table and chair and bedside cabinets. (Beds are not very comfortable and the blankets are not very soft) if you have kids let them take their favourite blanket on holiday. Shower was ok, dated but we all managed fine. 2 days before the end of our holiday we had an issue with the bathroom sink tap it stopped working. We told the manager Huseyin and he sent someone straight up to look at it. The tap needed to replaced and was fixed the next day. 👌 Balcony (views are not great) unless in a pool view room which we weren't. However there is a clothes airer to hang wet clothes with was very handy. There is a TV outside in the food area they will put on any football match you want as they have all channels. Also Free WiFi on all levels of the hotel. The pool is a good size and the kids loved playing in it however it is in need of repair, there are some broken tiles and very sharp edges. Some tiles loose around the edge and the metal steps are loose too, it really needs looking at before there is a serious accident. ( I cut my leg and the kids had cuts on their feet and hands from the sharp edges). There is no entertainment at this hotel which is a real shame it could be so much better and more people would probably stay at night if there was a little entertainment on. Even once or twice a week. The food was nice we had a selection of different meals while here and they were all lovely. Especially the omelets, grilled steak sandwich, burgers, pancakes with chocolate sauce. It's a shame there is no chef after 7pm. We ordered in a couple of times with the help of Veysel, Burger King, McDonald's and Domino's.  We also tried the Kebab place just around the corner and that was also delicious. We also went down to centrum for evening meals and had some lovely food at Casablanca, Golden Boys & Saray. There is a Taxi rank just around the corner also but you can ask at reception and they will order one for you. Theres a cash machine & few local supermarkets just a couple of minutes walk for any bits you want for you room SOK is the best local one it has a better selection. There is a carrefour supermarket just down the hill which is much bigger and has loads of essentials but I would recommend getting a taxi there and back as it quite a busy road. We all really enjoyed our stay at this hotel despite the obvious issues we felt welcome and we liked the smaller more personal experience compared to bigger hotels. The owner should really listen to what people are saying in reviews and address the issues and make the hotel safer and comfortable for the guests who are staying there. He's lucky he has such good staff 👏

We stayed in this hotel in May 2023 we had only been in the country for less than 12 hours when my mam had a heart attack. The hotel were absolutely amazing in how they treated us right from the start when my mam first became unwell to the last day when we left the hotel. The hotel helped us to organise transfers to the hospital to visit my mother, they called the hospital for updates as nobody in the hospital spoke English, they organised a wheelchair so we could take my mam out for a walk so she wouldn't be stuck in her room I could go on and on about the amazing treatment we received from the hotel it was like a home from home. We ate in the hotel every day and it was lovely and our rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. The centre is within walking distance but we chose to use taxis which the hotel will call for you and they arrive within 5 minutes. All in all it may not be the prettiest of hotels but the help and support we got from all the staff here was amazing they made one of the hardest times of our lives a little bit easier and we can never thank them enough!

Very outdated and unprofessionally ran hotel. Hotel needs to be updated and renovated as it is stuck 20 years behind. Numerous repairs needed and bodge jobs are aplenty. Pool area is a massive health and safety issue. Lost the last 2 days of holiday due to building next door being demolished which has closed the pool area and also food. Male owner is a battle axe whom hates children playing and have this very mismatched jumble sale shop selling left overs. I am a regular to Kusadasi myself and will not use this hotel again.

The worst place I have ever stayed in the place is a dump why Jet2 holidays use this place is beyond me. From walking into the reception or car boot sale they sell everything that people leave behind. The manager is a horrible person have to pay to get a mattress for the sun bed round the pool area is a accident waiting to happen. The rooms are never cleaned no matter what they say the taps are disgusting the only good thing I can say about it is that I will never go near the place ever again.

We went self-catering for a fortnight.Supermarkets and local shops very close. Yes,its a bit tired and dated but its in a great local location with some good authentic cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff are efficient and friendly, especially Hussain the manager. Some reviews slate aspects of the hotel but ..what do you expect for a 3 star hotel!! We loved the steep walk in and out of the town because you got to see how locals lived. If you don't fancy the walk taxis are cheap and plentiful. We found that using the local buses was the best way to explore the sights outwith the town. Very cheap and regular, most of the drivers speaking some english . The safest feeling place we've ever been on holiday.
