My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon, marriage anniversary, and her birthday over Valentine's day in our first ever visit to Bali, and there are no words that truly encapsulate our extraordinary experience at our cliffside villa and AYANA amenities, offerings, and service. Prior to our arrival, AYANA had assigned Kartika as our Villa Personal Assistant as a point of contact to answer any questions and to arrange our arrival and departure car rides. Since we were staying in a rather secluded area in Ubud for the past few days with 7-8 luggage and bags, I wanted to go through AYANA to sort out the transportation rather than find a cheaper but more-hassle option. AYANA offered a slightly more "premium" rate than Grab, but their service and friendliness more than makes up for the extra $10 USD difference. I HIGHLY recommend this service if you are commuting to AYANA from a more rural location within Bali, especially with excess luggage. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Edi, our personal day Villa Butler, and led to the main lobby. After check-in, Edi drove us to our villa where our luggage had already been unloaded, and gave us a thorough walkthrough of our villa. For the next two days, we were treated literally like royalty. Edi explained the butler responsibilities to us and their shift rotation - day, evening, and night - and shared the Butler WhatsApp contact with us. Edi and Yudi, the evening Villa Butler, ALWAYS responded to our requests within a couple minutes, and ALWAYS delivered. Whenever they picked us up to transport us around the resort, they always checked in with us to see how we were doing and asked if they could be of any additional assistance, and provided some insight on some of the attractions we'd pass by along the way. Additionally, they helped me arrange a honeymoon surprise treat as well as a birthday treat for my wife; they also helped schedule out thalassotherapy and massage treatments, and villa photoshoot. All of these requests were fulfilled upon the initial ask, and I did not ever have to follow up. I also have to add that "turndown service" was something I didn't know existed but is now something I wish I can have at every stay now; this is a soft clean-up of the villa between 6 to 9 PM so that upon your return after a night out, you're entering a clean, organized, calming and soothing environment. I've added some pictures that do not do the villa justice, but they give you an ideal of what the interior looks like and special deliveries and arrangements they provided for our stay. There are some other topics I hadn't touched upon, such as the AYANA staff addressing you by name and knowing who you are despite your not having met them - I don't know if this applies only to the Villa guests or for all AYANA guests. I also had some administrative questions via E-mail during my stay, but the AYANA staff responded incredibly quickly and professionally. Much kudos to Edi, Yudi, and the AYANA staff on providing the most memorable honeymoon anyone can ask for. Thank you so much for your service and kindness, and we can't wait to visit again!…
