After a bad experience at Tunis airport (transfer left without us, no assistance due to mobility issues), we arrived at the hotel at around 00h45 the following morning. Hotel was brilliant though, food, decor, clean, staff superb. Highly recommend this hotel

Favourite al inclusive for couples .Service top class ,food very good .Hotel is spotless thanks to the lovely team of housekeepers and ground staff .My only concern is the smoking everywhere except inside the hotel .Pleas have designated areas for this .Al a carte has an area so people don't have to suffer other peoples second hand smoke .We did speak to TUI rep about it .

Dear Sheila, Thank you for sharing your experience, it's wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the top-class service, excellent food, and the spotless condition of the hotel. Your appreciation for the hardworking housekeepers and ground staff means a lot to us. I understand your concern about smoking being prevalent everywhere outside the hotel. Designated smoking areas can indeed make a significant difference in ensuring a comfortable environment for all guests. We have taken note of your concern and rest assured, your feedback will be promptly passed on to our management team. Once again, we appreciate your feedback and thank you for choosing our resort. For couples wanting a nice, chilled holiday Tui Scherezade delivers this. We stayed in room 711 and had a nice view of the sea. The room was cleaned to a high standard everyday by housekeeping. The food in the buffet was always fresh and hot. There was always food for the vegans, vegetarians and gluten free on the buffet. Staff are very friendly and for those regular returnees to the hotel which was mostly 90% of the guests, they were treated like family. We were very well looked after by Nizar (maybe Nazir, can’t quite remember his name) at the restaurant, ensuring we always got the same table and always had our drinks topped up. Ramzi at the coffee/snack lounge made the best iced coffee for us. Spa was really well priced, so we took the package that gave us 4 massages each, including hammam, facials, mani & pedi. The only down side is the space of the room, it was very tight for two people and the shower cubicle you couldn’t swing a cat. Even the suites had same lay out as standard room, only difference was it had an adjoining seating room that was same size as bed room but not open plan. We like bright spacious rooms and bathrooms with double sinks. Sadly, the rooms, particularly the bathrooms are just too small. The shower cubicle in our room was smaller than an airplane toilet. People with mobility issues will struggle as there are steps albeit small steps everywhere. We saw a few elderly guests fall down the steps on their way to the restaurant.

This was our 4th visit and here's my honest opinion of the hotel. We spent spent 28 days here during Sept-Oct 2023 and what can I say! . . . . .nothing more to add to all these previous reviews as YES it is fabulous! Food, drinks, staff, rooms are all wonderful . . . Just one thing that let it down this time was the lack of tonic water from day 3 which was due to a supplier issue but we found out that it was readily available in the shops?? So I bought 4 cans in a multi-pack. . .not something you should experience in an adult only TUI Blue in my opinion (tonic water is always available elsewhere and Schwepps have their own factory here) . . .BUT . . .I survived and found an alternative by having Gin & fresh lemon. Other drinks are also inconsistant and not a great deal of choice in cocktails but the beer and wine is great quality and we always got by in telling the staff what strength to mixer on spirits as some are far too strong. The staff really can't do enough to help with your concerns to ensure you have a great holiday. Will we return? . . . maybe if the price reflects what's on offer as other TUI Blues do offer more selective drinks. . . . and TUI have now hiked the prices up for this hotel. Everyone here is AMAZING and the staff really do go above and beyond with their hospitality and service and they all work so incredibly hard. I do hope we're able to return in the future as it's a little bit of paradise and love all the staff so much!

Dear Julie, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your valuable feedback with us. We truly appreciate your continued loyalty to our hotel. It really warms our hearts to know that our staff played a significant role in making your stay enjoyable and that you found our amenities and food/drink offerings to your satisfaction. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced with the lack of tonic water during your stay. The primary cause of the shortage stems from a widespread scarcity of CO2, which is an essential component in carbonated beverages. This shortage has affected not only our hotel but also various establishments across the country. We did import Tonic Drinks from local shops; however, they cannot provide us with a big quantity like other suppliers, to be able to serve all the guests. Your loyalty means the world to us, thank you for choosing our hotel and we look forward to welcoming you back for many more wonderful stays. Guest Relations Manager Wiem

Firstly, I have to say, this hotel and gardens are lovely. The staff keep it spotlessly clean. We went on the 10th November and knew the hotel was closing the day we flew home on 1st December. It was sad to see how things changed over the three week period. Rooms: We stayed for 3 weeks and although the rooms are on the small side, we managed okay with storage. There is a fridge but this only ever had one bottle of water put into it. Complimentary toiletries are hit and miss. I rely on body lotion and had to beg for this in the room. Take your own, you may say, but when going for 3 weeks, toiletries are heavy in your suitcase and I ended up having to buy some from the shop next to the hotel. Food: Breakfast was the best meal of the day, always something to everyone's taste in my opinion. Lunch and dinner were the usual all inclusive fare and not always warm let alone hot. Their cakes were amazing but it would have been nice to have had a hot choice for desert as well. Drinks with your meal were a bit odd when a lager shandy is served in a wine glass!! Nizar who looked after us most days was amazing and his attention to detail absolutely fabulous. Snack Bar: We only ate here twice. I adore Caesar salad but have to say, I have never had it come with mustard dressing rather than garlic! A la carte: Here they certainly know how to confit meat, shame the main restaurant didn't learn from this as the meat there was always dry. Beach and Pool: Again, these areas are kept spotless, especially the toilets. Saida, had the toilets immaculate and put fresh flowers around every day, such a gorgeous touch from a gorgeous girl who always had a smile. Wissem was great too and always had time for a chat whilst he sorted mattresses for our sunbeds. Mohamed also was superb and had coffee waiting for us when he came in for his daily shift. Entertainment: We have never been big on this so really cannot comment. We did endure two shows in our 3 weeks stay and have to admit it was pretty poor and I did hear a lot of other guests moaning about it as well. To only award this hotel 'average' is due to inconsistencies and a coupe other issues we had to endure. Certainly not the 4* Plus we expected compared to others. I don't drink alcohol so decaff coffee and water were my only requirements. After a couple days I was informed that I'd had my decaff quota and should move over to ordinary coffee!!! This I addressed with reception and did eventually get more decaff. I'd actually had 4 that day!! They do provide a kettle but there was no daily refill of coffee so we plus other guests were constantly phoning reception for it to be replenished. After our first week, we were informed there was a leak and we had to move rooms! There was no leak. They were closing off that block as it was coming to the end of their season. If they had explained this to us I would have been more understanding but to have to move not only room, but blocks, with 3 weeks worth of clothes, medication etc etc was an absolute nightmare. Sadly, although the majority of the staff were really lovely, the hotel impeccable and beach and sand the best I have ever been on, I would not return. This was the 4th TUI Blue we have done this year and sadly the worst.

Dear Kate, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your recent stay at our hotel. We appreciate the fact that you found our hotel's garden to be wonderful, and we are pleased that you noticed the efforts all the staff put into maintaining a clean and inviting environment. We understand also the importance of transparency and want to address your concerns regarding the room change due to a leak. Please be assured that our primary goal is to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. When we encountered the issue with the leak in the room above yours, our team worked diligently to address the situation promptly and ensure your safety and satisfaction. In an effort to minimize any inconvenience caused, we made the decision to relocate you to another room and you accepted. Furthermore you spoke to the TUI Rep and asked for a discount voucher for you next holiday, and we were pleased to offer it for you in order to make you happy. I would like to clarify also that we only have suites in the block B where you were staying, and at that time we had guests who were staying in those suites and there would be no chance to change these guests to the other block. We are so sorry the hotel did not meet to your expectations, even though we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a seamless and delightful stay in the future. A great hotel what can I say beach was lovely worker on beach always on look out for people arriving and ready to get them sun beds. Another worker about and very busy bringing you drinks to your sun bed and always knew what you wanted. Rooms clean only gripe is that storage for your clothes a bit limited but cleaned every day. The staff work tirelessly all day. The snack bar was excellent a good variety of food very tasty. Breakfast was great fresh squeezed orange juice and great omelet station. Evening meals good and great selection of cakes for pud. Beer was great cocktails ok depending on which one you choose drinks delivered to your table and they always know where you are. Have allready booked for 2024 because one of best hotels I have been to in Tunisia.

We have been to Tunisia 3 times before, in which we have stayed in Hammamet, this the first time we are staying in Sousse....and I must say this hotel is amazing. Pros : Very clean, there is always someone cleaning something. • The staff are very friendly and attentive, and nothing is too much for them. • The rooms and balcony are very clean, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the bedding smells clean and fresh. Now we come to the restaurant....well what can I say....Amazing... The whole set up of the food is very well with lids on, very hot. There is everything for everyone. The food is cooked to perfection. There is no chewy meat. Everything melts in the mouth with flavour. Everything has FLAVOUR, which is a big thing for me as I'm a big foodie. All the catering staff are professional, and you will always see a head chef watching to make sure things are on point, which is a big bonus. I can honestly say the setup, the service, and the quality of the food can all most be on the same par as a cruise...and I've been on a few of them. I had to compliment the head chef on the quality of the food. Well done and a job well done to all the catering staff 👏🏾 Cons : None.... I will be booking again for my birthday next year.

Brilliant hotel - particularly the happy helpful staff and Tui reps. No complaints at all - very good value for money. Would we return to Tunisia?- very possibly. As with other North African countries we have visited, there are large areas of litter and broken glass. ( but not at the hotel- very clean and beautiful beach area of soft white sand). If you aren’t bothered by this when out and about, or just want to stay within the hotel for your holiday, then look no further. Would we return to this hotel? Definitely!

My husband and I stayed for one week for some winter sun, we were not disappointed. The staff are fantastic in this hotel, very professional, considerate and adept at providing a quality service in each section. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, plentiful, spoilt for choice and if you just fancy a snack that is catered for too. The hotel, gardens, pool areas, everything was perfect and we used the gym which was clean and available at all times, we had three massages each throughout the week, felt totally relaxed and pampered. People have niggled about minor things but as far as we could see people just like complaining. Whenever we feel like a quick break ( only took 2.5 hours to get there) we will be going back. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a very memorable one. We hope TUI maintain and invest in this hotel because it is great and it would be a shame if it was maintained for the long term.
