Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Great place to stay in Bratislava. Just a few streets away from the Old Town and close to restaurants, shopping, sights etc. The Executive Suite was large and clean and the hotel was quiet. Breakfast 7-10 am. An extremely varied selection of everything you could possibly need. We had the hotel order a car to take us to and from Vienna airport. 79 Euro each way - 45 minutes to Bratislava.

We booked the Tulip Suite for New Years Eve - it was absolutely enormous with a huge lounge room, kitchen, dining room and two bedrooms - amazing value for what we paid, only an hours drive away from Vienna. We really loved our stay at this boutique hotel. The breakfast was excellent, huge range of options and very helpful staff. The lovely receptionist, whose name I unfortunately have forgotten, was working all three days we were there - she was fantastic, very helpful and responsive. We had a couple of minor things that were missing from our room (sharp knife in the kitchen, powder in the laundry, anything to wash dishes with), but otherwise everything was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous hotel. Huge rooms! We stayed in 401, I believe it was called Tulip. It was the largest hotel room I have ever stayed in, with a huge lounge with a fire, gleaming functional kitchen and a spare bedroom! There was a small balcony. Breakfasts were delicious- buffet or a la carte. So clean. Superbly friendly staff. 5 minutes walk to the old town - an ideal location. Highly recommend!

We stayed 2 x nites in December just before Xmas . The location is fab , 5 mins walk from the center and Eurovea shopping mall . Checkin was quick and easy , the lady on reception was 10/10 , I hope the bosses at the hotel read this as she was excellent . Room was let me tell you huuuge! Very modern , everything you need , including a washing machine !! Only negative was WiFi was slow and virtually no English speaking tv channels . Breakfast was superb and the lady looking after was again 10/10 . We will be back !! Best Hotel in Bratislava, and we have stayed in all the big names ones .

Firstly the staff were brilliant and deserve 5 stars. Breakfast was also very good and deserves 4 stars. Thank you for providing me with a yoga mat. The reasons for my low score are *the initial appearance of the hotel is dour and downbeat. *reception the same * we had been led to believe that there’s was a sauna, a spa with the option of massage and a cafe/restaurant. For our pre Christmas break we like to treat ourselves to a good hotel, this didn’t feel like a hotel…..when we booked we were undecided about whether to go to the Marroll, at that time we could have got it for almost the same price….after having dinner there we so wish we had.

This place is amazing! From the moment we opened the door to find a large apartment, we have been so happy that we booked this place. It is not only large, but clean as can be, and nicely furnished, even with a full kitchen. There are many modern closet/cupboard combinations. The place is beautiful and very quiet. The breakfast not only has a buffet, but you can order eggs cooked your way, and other items. The staff are wonderful, particularly the young woman at the reception, who went out of her way to be helpful to us, and who speaks excellent English. The bath is modern and well-equipped. The bed seems rather too firm for us, but we have slept just fine. You can't go wrong with this hotel.

Perfect!! The room was fabulous - so quiet and peaceful. I don’t think I’ve ever slept so well being away from home. Really comfortable bed. Lovely staff. Very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful! They had everything you could ever wish for and more. We had an omelette - freshly prepared. Location - about a slow ten minute walk to everything. Excellent value for money.

Our one night stay at the Roset Hotel was very nice. The location made it easy to walk to Old Town and was close enough to a tram stop for us to get back and forth to the train station. The room was excellent. It was very large and had the best air conditioning of all the hotels on our trip. I would stay here again if we ever came back to Bratislava.

Spent 4 really enjoyable nights is this beautiful hotel. The building itself is very impressive dating form about 1902 but is very tastefully arranged and decorated. Our room was enormous but welcoming and very comfortable with everything you could need - it was also very quiet. Breakfast was of a very high standard with a lot of lovely food to choose from in decent quantities. The location of the hotel is excellent - just a few minutes walk to the Old Town and quite central. Staff were all very friendly and helpful with local information. This is where I'll be staying on my nest visit to the lovely city of Bratislava.
