I stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend when we were doing a trip within Slovakia. First of all, it's important to remark that it was extremely cheap. The room was not the nicest, it was quite old but it was very big and the overall was ok. There is a kitchenette very pleasant and modern where we had dinner and breakfast. There is free parking place. It is located like 5-10 minutes drive from city center. If you search for cheap accommodation this place is ideal.
I stayed there with a friend as we were visiting airshow at Sliač. It's cheap and pretty basic. While there is Wi-Fi I got disconnected every couple of minutes. Room was clean but had no fridge. The thing here is that this is not really a hotel in traditional sense, it's more of a transit place for migrant workers and is aimed at long term guests. Which is why you have to pay for use of kitchen, TV room, fridge, microwave etc. Staff is freindly but doens't speak anything other than Slovak. It's located on the outskirts of the city and while railway station is within (theoretical) walking distance I wouldn't recomend it. No stores close either. Overall it's OK place to stay overnight to break long trip
