Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We were visiting friends in Kempten for a couple of days and touring the area. Our friend recommended the Allgau ART hotel. It was excellent. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed and even better pillows. It is also very well located. 2 blocks from a shopping mall and several restaurants nearby. The breakfast had alot of choice variety and was perfect The staff was friendly and helpful. It was also very reasonable price which made this a value lodging. We highly recommend this hotel for your selection when in Kempten.

This is a great hotel. Smart comfortable rooms, strong wifi and a great breakfast. Plus a super spa/wellness with a terrace on the top floor. Free parking in the street and a short walk to the city centre. We would happily stay again

The hotel is very close to downtown so you can walk from your room to the restaurants or shops. The outside hasn’t been really “worked” so it’s pretty classic. In the opposite The interior designed is well thought. Wood almost everywhere and a fountain in the centre. Only few parking in front are free and others are downstairs but you will need to pay for this service. My room was a disabled room. So can’t say if they’re all like that. Not luxury inside but well thought. Breakfast is ok.

Although Kempten in Bavaria is a prosperous, well run town, it was an unexpected surprise to discover this property. which would not be out of place in any larger city. It is located smack off the very center of town near its large shopping mall and convention / entertainment complex. The rooms and bathroom are large and well appointed, everything is functional and even amazing (LED bedside lamps that go on and off just by touching the light bulb - great if you need to get out of bed in the middle of the night). There is ample free parking in front. Breakfast is ok, too,

We stayed twice in this hotel this year. The hotel is brand new and located near the Forum Allgäu shopping centre and a ten minutes walk from the city centre. Because we were travelling by car, the private car park (free) was an advantage. The hotel (including the rooms) is also designed and equipped for disabled people, We booked a room with balcony bothe times. Rooms are spacious and include a private bathroom, TV and climate control. Staff is very friendly. Value for money is good.

This hotel is the most forward thinking property we have stayed in. Very modern very clean and very stylish. It is involved in health concerns with a spa on site. Our room was completely wheelchair accessible. There was a fridge and kettle provided. A chocolate was on my pillow. We had two rooms connected with a door; one huge bathroom, lovely towels and a variety of personal amenities provided. Parking did come with a slight cost but there were a few outdoor free spots. The breakfast was also exceptional. Eggs could be prepared as you wish, a huge variety of breads, cheeses, meats. You could squeeze your own orange juice. Coffee carafes were brought to your table. Absolutely worth the cost. I wish there had been more time to sample the spa!

Stayed here in a family room in August 2017 for one night. The room was very clean and tidy and spacious enough for a family of four. Loved the clever use of space, i.e., the little kitchenette in the room. There was parking right outside of the hotel (on the street) which was really handy. We stayed at low level floor so there was no real view from the room, and to my surprise it was very quiet too. Great hotel and I would sincerely recommend it if you are looking for a clean, quiet hotel with modern deco. Price was good too.

From the offset this place ticked all the boxes, and was even nicer than it appeared from the website. Our room was spacious and modern and we had a great nights sleep. The breakfast was substantial although I had to ask for eggs. Freshly squeezed orange juice is a nice idea, but making it yourself is somewhat time consuming when other people are waiting. Overall I found the staff very helpful, but I was surprised there was an error in my final bill I had to query.
