Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Seconds from the centre of town. We had room 2 which was spacious and very comfortable. The air con worked well. Breakfast was a little disappointing with a limited choice compare the other highly rated B&B’s have stayed at.

Fabulous building with dramatic high ceilings and old world detail with modern furnishings and stylish design. Lovely, helpful owners who deliver a delicious breakfast early. Very well located with easy access by foot to all attractions and both train stations. Museums, churches with great frescoes, castle, architecture. Lively restaurant and bar scene.

Room Tip: We loved the view of the lively street, but people who want quiet should opt for back rooms.

Large room, clean and stylish. Rooms only - owners do not live here... They check you in and you're pretty much left to it. Parking tricky but owners will get you a pass and meet you as it's in the restricted area of old Prato. Beautiful old building and lovely place to stay. Shower only - no bath.... And breakfast quite basic. But didn't detract from our stay.

We stayed in the front large bedroom on the first floor overlooking the street, which we loved. It was beautifully decorated, with lovely typical tuscan features. Very comfortable bed, and lovely dark room after closing the shutters. The breakfasts were good: fresh croissants, bread, fruit, yoghurt and coffee. It was great that the little kitchen was accessible all day, to make cups of tea, etc. Prato is a quiet, small place, so the it was easy to walk to everything from the accommodation. It's a great atmosphere walking around early evening with all the locals. Surrounded by good bars and restaurants. I cannot remember the owner's name who greeted us on arrival, but he was very accommodating and friendly, which immediately made us feel at home. Would not hesitate to stay here again when we return to Prato.
