The fabulous 5 Star Resort is located in Marsala on a hill 150mt above sea level and only 8 Km from the beach. Its dominating position allows the best view of the Western Sicily with the sea, Egadi Islands, and the Natural Reserve of the Stagnone up to Mount Erice. The Resort consists of 47 rooms renovated in 2020, a restaurant, with various locations, a bar, and a panoramic swimming pool with a view of the sea and islands. Specialized staff will accompany guests to their reserved room: Superior with a countryside view, Deluxe with sea and islands view, Junior Suites with private lounge and the original Tower Room. We spent 4 nights at the Baglio Oneto Hotel. I was disappointed. The hotel has a mandatory flight of stairs to get to and from any hotel room. There is a ramp, but it is uncovered and outside. My husband has a fractured knee - this was a major inconvenience. The hotel has a wonderful front desk staff, very friendly. the restaurant was very nice. Service was sometimes good, sometimes inadequate. The rooms appear to have been renovated recently. The room has several issues. The hotel rooom has poor accomdation for computers or phone charging. There are no plug-ins for charging devices on either side of the bed. You are limited to a single plug on the desk. The hotel room has anti-theft hangers. Which are a pain, you cannot hang clothes or remove clothes easily. The sheets were brittle. Both of our rooms had king beds which are two twins pushed together which are not ideal for couples. The bathrooms appear to be recently renovated as well. The bathrooms are small for a 5 star resort. There are two towel racks total in the room for the towels 2 hand towels and 2 shower towels. If you use one there is no place to put it other than the floor. There is limited space for your stuff - just the side of the sink, which in our case got crowded. All in all, the hotel was a disappointment.…

The resort property is stunning with a relaxed atmosphere. ALL the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet has many options to chose from and dinner was spectacular. Quality and fresh. We did the wine and olive oil tasting experience - fabulous! The food and wine pairings were thoughtful and spot on, the atmosphere was very quaint, but our host Mauro enhanced the experience greatly. He was informative, engaging and a true pleasure to be with.

We started our visit with a winery tour led by Giacomo, a young passionate sommelier. It was a great start to a relaxing stay. The pool is very nice and the grounds have a desert beauty about them including warm coordinated colors of the various stucco townhome-style buildings. We had a thoroughly enjoyable couples massage under the stars which was as fun as it sounds.

A big disappointment for us was that our stay at this hotel was only one night. The property is amazing and staff very friendly. Due to the short stay and touring we did were not able to make use of the beautiful pool. Perfect spot just to relax and chill. The only negative we found was the dinner menu which was not our liking. We went into town and unless we did not know where to go, we found the town very quiet with many of the restaurants closed.

My husband and I have just returned from a 5 day stay at this first class hotel. We were blown away by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the beautiful surroundings and ,most of all, the delicious food and wine. The pool area is lovely with far reaching views to the coast. Rooms are characterful, if a little dated :we preferred this to the normal blandness of many hotel bedrooms. This hotel is just something else. We visited as a family with a toddler. The hotel itself is outstanding with amazing views, beautiful decor and very well kept gardens. The staff are ALL so friendly, starting from the receptionist that greeted us, restaurant staff and the owners themselves, who made us feel incredibly welcome. We were lucky yo experience a typical Italian event held at the Baglio celebrating ferragosto- the white night- which had amazing food and they were very accommodating to diet restrictions. A lovely gem hidden away. Wine tour guide was the best guide ever had. All staff members were polite and helpful, and the swimming pool was clean with a lovely view of the hills. Rooms were large and comfortable with soft beds and ample pillow.

Beautiful and impeccably managed hotel near Marsala Hotel. The rooms were nice and with twice a day room making, were maintained in great order throughout the day. The swimming pool was big and maintained very well with free pool towels. The bar team was always ready to help with drinks and coffee. The breakfast spread was amazing with high quality ingredients and great service again. The entire staff was always ready to help. A special mention from Laura who was really warm and helpful. They even arranged a special fruit cake for my daughters 11th birthday. Will definitely stay here when we omw back to Sicily. The only negative feedback will be the options on the lunch menu which was very limited.

Surrounded by wine yards with excellent views to the see , this place is worth to stop by and enjoy their facilities and wines. The staff is very professional and service oriented.
