A great seven days at the hotel . It was a nice surprise to find it was the same hotel chain as we stayed at lake Garda . Stayed on the all inclusive package . Lovely reception from the staff as we checked in and were shown to the pool bar for lunch before going to the room . The room was a lovely size and spotless .A nice sized balcony with the sea in the background .The towels were replaced everyday and the room cleaned .There was a free safe in the room you paid a deposit for the key . The pool area was also very clean with a good sized pool and plenty of sun beds . The staff at the bar during the day and night were always friendly and the drinks were a nice selection of choice on the included in the list . The food was served in a nice restaurant again with nice friendly staff and always a good choice . The shuttle bus was a good feature and ran through until 10.40pm ( pick up time at the centre . A big thank you to all the staff for a helping it make a great holiday especially the bar staff thanks Parolo . I can imagine it gets very busy in the main summer months.

Recently paid a visit to this hotel and it was not good. This is a bog standard hotel, full of coach parties and a few holiday makers. The food was very average, the staff were surly and the cleaning was not good, sometimes non existent. If you can get an alternative then do so. Sorry but sometimes the truth hurts.

We stayed here as part of our Sicily Tour. It's a good hotel, the rooms were comfortable and the food good. It is a bit isolated in that there really isn't anywhere to walk yourself. We did walk into the town/seafront on the first evening but it's a difficult walk as the path along the road disappears after a while. We took the hotel shuttle bus on another day but you are limited to the times that they run and coming back there were too many for the minibus and so we had to wait for a second trip. No problem if you're fine staying in the hotel. We did though find a supermarket nearby to top up on supplies.

This hotel was great. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, waiters and bar staff were great and the life guard at the pool was chatty too.The room decor is a bit dated but it was in good repair and comfortable also it was spotlessly clean. The food was great, we were all inclusive but as its out of season the snack bar was closed but in the bar there were nuts, cheese, sweet buns, little pizza square, olives and sundried tomatoes you can help yourself to. The choice at breakfast was really good plenty of fresh fruits salads, pastries, eggs ,toast cereal and milk alternatives. Lunch was in the terrace restaurant good choice of salad, fish, pizza, meats, fresh fruit and ice cream.Dinner in the main restaurant again plenty of salads meat and fish choices lots of vegetables.there was plenty of choice for vegetarian and vegan but it is Italy so don't expect veggie burgers and chips. We walked to the beach and back as the shuttle was busy and we are fit and able to walk the 20 minutes a little bit of up hill but easily manageable. The bus to Taormina stops outside the hotel there is a timetable in reception €3 return well worth a visit.

Good breakfast Rooms can do with less gaudy linen and refurbishment. But the balconies are cute and the rooms are large. The terrace affords lively views of etna. Good shopping options closeby. Shuttle bus to naxos provided by the hotel. Naxos itself is a sleepy town though. Mornings are bustling.

This is a great 4 star hotel . We took the all-inclusive option provided by TUI, our red wristbands entitled us to everything on offer , fantastic Italian buffet food 3 times a day and unlimited local wines, beers and spirits. The Prosecco and Aperol were on tap with free nibbles too. We had a large room and terrace overlooking the enormous pool . There was a regular shuttle bus to the town and beach , with inclusive sunbeds and parasol . Just outside the hotel was the local bus stop , with regular buses to wonderful Taormina. If you like a hotel with character and charm, this is the one for you!

Had a great stay at this hotel (no thanks to Easyjet...) in early August. Hotel very busy but always got a sun bed and the food was pretty decent. Went all inclusive - Self service bar x2 for a large variety alcohol tho I did hear people complain about no diet drinks or prosecco. Never seen aperol on tap before and the lager was Moretti. The pool is a standout 5* Would easily re book

Would have been lovely and relaxing after summer hols if selfish parents didn’t take unruly kids out of school and allow them to make as much noise as they could in the pool, despite all other guests trying to relax! Not the hotel’s fault but a ‘quiet’ rule would help. Very close to residential appts with barking dogs is also annoying. Food good and plentiful. Bedrooms clean and spacious. Staff mostly friendly and helpful. Beach area (reached by bus) a good alternative to pool and sightseeing.

The hotel is situated just off a busy road in a residential area. The outside is completely covered in ivy which makes it quite attractive. Inside it’s a little bit dated but clean, tidy and pretty much well maintained. The staff are very polite and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant is large and functional but has to be given the number of guests. Unfortunately there’s no outside dining area which is a real shame. The food is great, well prepared, nicely presented and loads of choice. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool which got the late afternoon sun. The room was comfortable, very spacious and clean as was the bathroom. The pool is huge and the surrounding area kept really clean. There are loads of sun beds and parasols but they are packed in really tightly and you do feel like you’re almost sitting on top of the next door sun bed. The area is surrounded by high buildings, the hotel on one side and residential flats on the other which means as the sun moves round, large parts go into shade so you have to keep moving if you want to stay in the sun. Alternatively there’s a hotel shuttle bus that takes you to a lovely beach about a mile away. Also outside the hotel is a bus stop, so handy for getting about. It’s only 3 euros for a return ticket to Taormina, a place not to be missed. There are some things that really let the hotel down that they could easily change. In the restaurant, all the condiments are in cheap little packets and instead of the mayonnaise and ketchup etc bring in dispensers or bowls with spoons/ladles they are in nasty little impossible to open sachets. All the teaspoons whether for ice creams or tea and coffee are plastic, maybe wooden ones might be nicer. All drinks are served in horrid thin plastic beakers. Obviously you can’t have glass round the pool but you could have the harder plastic beakers but that would involve clearing them away, washing up etc. It just felt really cheap and penny pinching, not very 4 star. If this had been my main 2 week holiday, I would’ve been quite disappointed but for the money you pay, it’s quite a nice place for a quick week away in the sun to explore Sicily.

This is not a 4* hotel as advertised on Jet2's website, the company we used, and was confirmed when paying the tourist tax of 42 euros ( 3 of us, 7 nights -charge for a 3 star hotel is 2 euros per night pp) The hotel looks lovely from the outside, however, the area in which it is situated not so-no where close to walk to, i.e. bars, restaurants-the closest being approx. 25 min walk away. Our guide on a tour we did described it as 'a working class area', it's in a residential area which is slightly run down. The interior is extremely dated, the corridors are a reminder of a drab office block and the rooms, whilst big, are back to the 80's with dark purple floral curtains and bed spreads and mahogany furniture which give it a kind of depressing feel. I will say it was clean and the beds were comfy, however, the bathroom was another story.. Again, extremely dated-a shower over the bath and the non slip area in the bath was so badly lime scaled it looked dirty. The toilet also had a 'waterfall' of limescale running down the back of the bowl from under the rim to the water which changed colour when you'd been to the loo!!! No amount of scrubbing with the loo brush lifted it, it completely needed ripping out and updating. The balcony over looked a residential apartment block, only had two chairs although 3 of us were staying in the room and had no privacy from the other rooms. This is because the dividing walls are around 3 feet high so you could clearly see right along on to the other balconies. The two pools are lovely and we never had a problem getting a sunbed, it didn't really bother us but the music played is quite loud during the morning. The food was ok but more or less the same thing each night and was regularly lukewarm, although the pool bar served burgers, fries, pizza etc from 2-6pm which was nice. Drinks are self service and we found the soft drinks were regularly not working. It appeared only some of the staff spoke English so didn't really build a rapport with any of them, we tried our little bit of Italian we knew, think the language barrier did make a difference to our experience. Only a handful of English were there when we arrived, it was mainly Italian guests who we found (as did other English people we spoke to) to be very loud and un friendly. If you made eye contact and smiled you got no response. We loved Sicily, our main reasons for going were to visit Mt Etna and the villages where part of the Godfather films were made. We did both these trips through Jet2 which were excellent and very well organised. We also visited Taormina which was beautiful, however, if we were to return we wouldn't stay at Caesar Palace again and I'm afraid we wouldn't recommend it.
