Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.

Rude and non-friendly staff in the reception, something I experienced many times in this hotel. I followed Scandic´s (ridiculous) cleaning policy of letting the reception staff know the day before that I would like to have my room cleaned and as many times before, in this hotel, it was not cleaned. The reception does not have a better excuse to blaim the cleaning staff, they do not work as one team in this hotel and it must be something very wrong with the management set up!!

Hotel's Favourite
Lovely hotel in an excellent location . Rooms are clean and modern albeit a little small . The hotel has a lovely bar and the staff in all areas were excellent . Breakfast was very good with a good selection . The best part about this hotel is the location . It’s close to the rail station which has a direct train to the airport . It’s close enough to walk with your suitcase . It’s ideally situated for the metro , which is probably the best and cleanest I have travelled in anywhere in the world . The metro is easy to navigate and every station has a lift . Copenhagen itself is a very clean and civilised city . The people are Extremely welcoming and helpful . The only negative thing I would say is that it is extremely expensive but this could be down to a poor exchange rate . Taxis aren’t cheap so you would be wise to use the metro .

Clean, modern, well located hotel. Great for metro links, 10min walk from main station København & 3min walk from Dybbølsbro. Ideal for aiport transfer, we used the DOT app & bought a small city pass for weekend. Room 4002, spacious, comfy, clean, shower, hairdryer, safe. Request where you would like your room cleaned, fresh towels, through an QR link. Request which time slot you would like at breakfast. Plenty of choices, all fresh & tasty. All staff helpful & friendly. Option to store luggage in locked room for a fee or for free behind a screen near reception desk. Nearby Netto handy. I would recommend this hotel & I would stay here again.

The location is spot on. Short walk to the central station ( so cheap and easy to and from airport), and to Tivoli Gardens. Great places near by to eat and drink ( mother for pizza and burger garage, war pig and Fermentoren for great beer). The Meat packing district full of night life. Also a easy walk to the harbour, latin quater and the Zoo. The hotel breakfast is fabulous. The overnight oats are worth waking up for! I loved the breads, crisp breads , cheese, pate, sausage snd bacon. My daughter loved the waffle machine. The hotel is clean . Bedrooms not big but clean, cosy with everything you need. I liked the fact that they don't service your room unless you ask. I booked via jet2 and had asked for twin room. But at 1st we were given a double bed on 4th floor. But the staff were great and quickly found us a twin on the 2nd floor.

Great hotel. Good location, 10-15 mins walk form Central Station, a couple of minutes from Dybollsbro station, and behind the hotel is the meatpacking district, packed full of bars & eateries. Hotel itself is modern, clean and rooms are decent. Breakfast was a good selection of just about everything, couldn't fault it. It can get very busy at certain times. Beds were super comfortable and I have to say it was one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in, no background din of aircon, or sounds of footsteps in corridors. Staff on reception and bar were super nice and friendly. Check in is strictly after 3pm unless you've booked an early one, but they will store your luggage securely if you arrive early like we did so not an issue. You do need to book if you want room cleaned, it isn't done automatically, but not really a problem. Overall a great hotel, would definitely use again.

We stayed at this hotel as a family of three (with a 2 year old) and had a family room. The room was really spacious with everything you needed. Possibly one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept on! Breakfast was brilliant, you pre booked a time by using a QR code which is given to you when you check in. But to be honest we went down slightly earlier both days and this wasn’t an issue. Hotel is really well located, 5 min walk from the S train and 10/15 mins walk from the metro. Meatpacking district itself is really cool and our room overlooked this. Could not recommend this hotel enough and could not fault it!

Friendly staff, very comfortable bed and quiet room, excellent and extensive breakfast buffet, good bar and areas to sit and socialize in hotel. Located close to trains and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops. Room design was a bit cramped, but fine. Tiny, cozy window seat.

We were a couple travelling with a teenager and booked a junior suite. They looked nice on the web page but in reality the one we received was not very nice at all. Two small adjoining rooms containing a bed in each room. You would expect a seating area in a junior suite. We arrived early after lunch but there was no interest to get our room cleaned for early check in. It seemed to be a principle that check in was after 3. There was no ventilation in the rooms at all and the windows could not be opened. We had to call reception about this and they opened them fortunately. Everything about the room was average and not what you would expect.

The best thing is the breakfast offer, I honestly have to say, of good quality. The worst thing is how dishonest the hotel is with the images of the rooms it shows on its website. The reality is very disappointing compared to the expectation they create. Of course, you never expect reality to be as it is sold to you, but this is too much (see my images and compare with the web). I requested an expensive family junior suite for four and received a room divided into two narrow spaces, one with one bed and the other one with a noisy sofa bed for the same price. The hotel refused to address my claim, so I have to see how to claim another way. On the other hand, we found a coffee spoon lying in the corner of the room when we arrived on the first day. We didn't clean it to check if they cleaned the room properly. The spoon was with us until the last day.

Checking in is fast and efficient, staff at the reception is very pleasant. Rooms are clean, minimalist interior decor meets functionality. Bathroom has a spacious shower and countertop for your toiletries. Breakfast is buffet style, typical danish breakfast, Eggs, breads, meats, and more. If you are health conscious that don’t want all those carbs, you have a variety of options, overnight oats is one of them. Definitely will come back to this hotel
