Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It was a nice hotel and the busstop was next to the hotel, which made it easy to get to the city center. The breakfast was food. You has a lot to choose from, both savory and sweet. They have free parking.

I travel a lot and found this hotel to be below the average. Breakfast is ok. Room was in good shape, but VERY small. They lack with basic amenities and customer service. For instance, I needed an iron...was told: "One time a guest broke our iron so we stopped providing irons. However, we can press your clothes for 5 Euros per item." Sounds lame. Money is probably the real motive. This hotel is not for business travelers. No desk...unless they consider the 18 inch counter top a desk. No business center. No clock. Wifi is shaky. ONE AC plug. Some of the staff was friendly.

Externally the hotel appears scruffy and cluttered - and your heart sinks because you think you have made a mistake to book. But inside was the opposite experience - it is clean, well-organised and welcoming. Our room was big enough and the bathroom was especially spacious. There was good storage space and excellent equipment. The room is a little bit out of date - but it was very clean. The twin beds were very comfortable. There was no traffic noise despite being near a busy road. Breakfast was the usual range of foods - but the choices were wide and the food was fresh. We also used the hotel restaurant twice - and it was superb, We have done a separate review for this. All the staff were friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking space. The walk into the centre of

As I approached the hotel, I was initially nervous. The outside and surrounding area aren't incredibly beautiful or welcoming. However, the inside is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and warm, and the bathrooms are very nice. It's a bit of a walk away from the center, but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. If you decide to go into the city this way, the staff is helpful with directions concerning how the bus/tickets function. The wifi didn't work well with my phone and laptop, but worked just fine with my partner's phone.

Comfortable beds and very clean, spacious room. I believe we were in a part of the hotel that has been newly refurbished as the room decor seemed incomplete - no bedside lights for example. We were on first floor giving onto terrace, Jacuzzi etc and passing trains could clearly be heard as the train line is pretty close to the hotel. In summer it could be a noisy room if other guests are on terrace. Incongruous decor in reception area including 2 caged albino Japanese squirrels! Great breakfast with wide selection of savory and sweet. Excellent cakes! Overall clean and tidy and friendly reception staff. The train station is a good 20 minute walk away and the city centre about 15 mins though there is a bus stop outside the door with regular service. Right behind the stadium

Is modern and clean with good breakfast but... Stinky fish smell at entrance, corridors and even in a room in second floor?? The bathroom doesn't have window and no ventilation. The staff could be more friendly and polite.

The Palace Hotel is conveniently located on the edge of Vicenza, near the stadium, with a bus stop in the parking lot. The attached restaurant, La Conchiglia d'Oro and deli are also, very nice and accessible. The staff are friendly and eager to make your stay a pleasant one. With many amenities you do not find in many other hotels in the area, including free parking, we will stay at Palace Hotel again and again.

We stayed here for two nights in October in a quadruple room. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and did everything they could to assist with your stay. Most helpfully booking a taxi to the airport for an early Sunday flight. However the rooms at the hotel let the place down. The sink had the last guests hairs in it, their rubbish had been left in the bin, the beds were rock hard and the shower wasn’t powerful. All in all if you’re after a cheap stay and happy to over look a few flaws then this hotel is good value.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Although not right in the city center, it's a short drive away. The woman who checked me in was incredibly cheerful and helpful. Near the hotel desk is a place where you can have a snack or a glass of wine. For dinner, I ate in the restaurant located downstairs from the hotel. I believe that the hotel allows guests to order room service from this restaurant. Again, the staff there was very friendly and my meal was delicious. It was quite crowded with what seemed like mostly locals (not tourists). My room was spotless, spacious and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable so I slept well. The hotel has elevators for your convenience. I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel. And I'd like to extend my gratitude to
