Lovely hotel spoiled by major roadworks in front of the hotel and all the way along the Marina front. We changed to another hotel out of Palma due to the noise and construction work. The taxi driver told us it is due to carry on for two years. A shame.

Dear Mr. Michael, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're delighted to hear that you appreciated the charm of our establishment, despite the inconvenience caused by external factors. It's truly unfortunate that the road construction impacted your stay. While this is beyond our control, we understand that it can affect the overall experience. The tranquility and comfort of our guests are top priorities, and we strive to provide a serene environment, including double-glazed windows and earplugs for noise reduction. We hope that the positive aspects of your stay, such as our service culture and the room experience, will encourage you to consider us again in the future. Hotel's Favourite
We had two nights at the Meliá Palma marina, we wanted to spend some time in the city before spending the rest of our holiday at a beach resort. This hotel was perfect for that we stayed in a level room the view of the marina was lovely. I would highly recommend booking the level, it was worth it for the snacks cava and beer all day and the two hours with the spirits. The hotel is a short walk to the centre but if in heels and at night only 7 euros in a taxi loads of local restaurants and bars in Palma so we didn’t have dinner at the hotel. We had breakfast in the level lounge one morning which was nice but we were late going so not much left. The breakfast in the main hall wasn’t that great of a selection considering the size of the hotel, I also found the chef cooking the eggs & omelette etc a bit rude. Overall I would stay here again, I would recommend staying here if you are wanting somewhere nice to stay while exploring Palma. I wouldn’t recommend it if you want to spend all day at a pool just because there aren’t many sunbeds so you would need to be down quick to get one.

I visited the Melia Palma Marina in March 2024. I had read reviews talking about the construction outside the hotel being noisy and I was offered, from the travel company, a change of hotel or a cancellation. I'm so glad I didn't take either! This hotel was amazing in every way. I visited with my sister and her daughter. I booked a Level room, Premium, with sea view and solarium. It was outstanding. there was a huge king size bed and a large sofa bed. We had two bathrooms, both large, with rain showers and toilet and all fully stocked with toiletries and hairdryer, really good hairdryer too! We were provided with slippers and towel robes. This would be my only negative remark. The robes were tiny, as in they would not fasten around any adult! There was also a soaking bathtub in the room, outside of the bathrooms. Now this didn't get used on our trip, but I think it would be a nice touch for a couple/honeymooners! The beds were extremely comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Comfortable pillows too. We had turn down service each night. They even came up to make up the sofa bed after we checked in. The Level access to me, is worth paying for. I think we'd have certainly used it more had we been there for a week in the summer, lying around the pool, because it includes private access, free drinks, tea, coffee, soft drinks, beer, wine, fizz, all day long. With snacks. At 5-7 each night was an open bar, self service, with bottles of good name spirits and every mixer. Our room had a huge deck/patio, we overlooked the marina and pool. There was a dining table and 4 chairs, sun loungers and a cabana for us to enjoy sitting in the sun and watch the boats and ships come and go. Breakfast is also included. This can be taken in the main dining area or in the private Level area. There was a great selection of hot and cold food, something for every one. The staff here are super friendly, very attentive and made us feel extremely welcome. I can't wait to go back, but for longer than a weekend, and when it's hot and the pool is open. Highly recommend!

First great staff who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We have used the level at the Meliá before and again it didn’t disappoint beautiful snacks and lots of different drinks and great views from the level Lounge. The roadworks outside much mentioned on here didn’t spoil our break and in time you get used to it a shame the majority of pubs and restaurants are closed due to the work. One disappointment was our level room we stayed in a grand premium I think that’s what is was called but we both thought it was rather tired. Switches came of in your hand the walls had some decent sized cracks and the wardrobe looked like it had lots of rust on the trim not as good as previous level rooms we have been in. The hotel staff are fantastic and really the credit should go to them for making everyone’s stay enjoyable.

Lovely hotel, couldn’t fault it however it wasn’t stated that the promenade was still in the process of being built. Which with my partner in wheelchair wasn’t very good or easy! The “Level” is a great perk and you can have access to drinks at anytime and picky bits! Lovely relaxing atmosphere and we spent hours up there watching the ships come and go!

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the exclusive benefits of The Level, with its array of refreshments and snacks, as well as the serene atmosphere and picturesque views it offers. Your appreciation for the relaxing environment and the hours spent admiring the maritime scenery is truly valued. We regret to hear about the challenges you faced due to the ongoing impriovements around the promenade. While we strive to provide complete accessibility, it seems the external developments have temporarily affected the ease of navigation for guests with mobility needs. We hope this did not overshadow your overall experience at our resort. It would be a pleasure to have you return on another occasion. All the best, Pilar Rueda, Guest Experience Manager

We stayed in this fabulous hotel in a level room for 3 nights in December. The impressive looking hotel is situated right on the front with fabulous views overlooking the marina. On arrival we were taken to the level lounge for a very friendly and informative check in with Alejandro. The lifts were the best we’ve ever experienced, very efficient, which may sound strange but you will see when you get there! Our room was on the 8th floor overlooking the marina and the impressive cathedral of Palma. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped a large with comfortable bed, tower speaker, mini bar (not inclusive) and tea and coffee making facilities. Water is provided in cans along with some treats which is a nice touch. The bath room is large with a powerful shower and includes a decent hairdryer , shower gel, shampoo , conditioner, hand soap and moisturiser (Rituals). There is also robes and slippers. The level lounge was outstanding, overlooking the marina. We could help ourselves to snacks and drinks all day , this included nice wine and cava, bottles of beer, tea , coffee, water and soft drinks. The food offerings included olives , crisps, Palma ham, cheeses, breads and sweet treats. Between 5-7pm daily they also put out premium spirits and really good sandwiches, salads, and cakes. The buffet breakfast was very nice with a good variety. However my only feedback to the hotel, please make sure the hot food (eggs) are served hot as they were stone cold. Lastly there are extensive road works along the whole promenade, but do not be put off. We did not suffer noise disruption from the hotel and you can still walk the water side of the road to Palma. Once completed, I’m sure this will be a lovely place to walk, dine, sit with a drink. We were very impressed with this hotel and would definitely return.

We booked here for 3 nights to see the Christmas lights and we were not disappointed. What a fantastic hotel in a great location with great views 😁 Staff very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, the bed was nice and comfortable. There was tea (a variety of fruit tea and English) only 2 of each, would have preferred more of the English tea! Lacked satchets of milk in the room. That was the only downside. A fantastic selection of food for breakfast. The hotel for drinks, coffee etc,is not overly priced. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.
