Majitelia sú tak ústretoví a vďační. Bezchybne čisté. Posteľ je skutočne pohodlná a izba má všetko, čo potrebujete, dokonca aj Netflix, príslušenstvo na prípravu čaju a veľkú sprchu so šampónom a všetko, čo je k dispozícii. Na rozdiel od mnohých miest sme zostali všetko, čo vyzerá presne ako na obrázkoch.
Zostali sme na dve noci a bolo to milé. Zamestnanci sú veľmi nápomocní a dali nám niekoľko vynikajúcich tipov na turné na Západe. Čistá miestnosť bez poškvrny s množstvom doplnkov, ako je čaj a káva. Môžeme určite odporučiť be & be.
Thanks a lot for the warm welcome, all the information was a big help and Galway is a beautiful city. Very warm and friendly staff. The room is just amazing, very comfortable bed and great shower. We will be back again.
Krásne miesto na pobyt som nemohol odporučiť viac vysoko. Všetky izby sú veľmi čisté a pohodlné. Pani domu bola taká láskavá a pozdravila nás a prinútila nás cítiť sa pri príchode ako doma. Venovala sa vysvetľovaniu všetkých detailov a vydala niekoľko vynikajúcich odporúčaní pre miesta, ktoré možno navštíviť a najesť sa v okolí mesta a mesta. Parkovanie bolo skvelé. Vynikajúca hodnota za peniaze
I booked a stay in this hotel for my best friends mother. She is currently battling lung cancer and needs to travel to Galway hospital for radiotherapy from Donegal and the hospital did not have accommodation available for her first week (Week starting Jan 6th.) However due to a mix up on the hospitals behalf the treatment has been delayed. We emailed the the hotel to see if there was anything that could be done and they advised that due to cancellation policy they could not issue a refund. The guest's other daughter then called the property and was put on the phone to the cleaner. The cleaner repeatedly spoke over her and would not listen. The situation was so frustrating that the daughter advised that she would leave a negative review. As I was the one who booked the property I later received a call from the hotel owner. She was very angry about the call made by the guest's daughter and said that she needed to bring the cleaner "to the doctor" (on NYE) and now has to "give her 4 days off" because of it. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 6 years I find this very hard to believe. I apologised to the owner anyway and explained that this is obviously a very stressful time for the family and she didn't mean to take it out on the cleaner. The owner then went on to tell me in a very accusatory tone that they get 30-50 of "these blurbs" a year and that the majority of them are lying. She repeatedly spoke over me and would not allow me to explain to her that we could provide a letter from the hospital. She said she wanted to sort this out and when i asked how she proceeded to talk about the money she is going to lose by having to give the cleaner "4 days off". At this point she had upset me so much that I was in tears so just ended the call. As I said, I have worked in customer service for years, and because of that I don't generally like complaining or leaving bad reviews but I could not leave this go. I understand policies are there for a reason and if nothing really could have been done we would have understood but the owners tone was hostile and aggressive from the very start of the call and made it very very clear that she did not believe a word I was saying. I have never set foot in this property, as the owner pointed out to me on the call when she was concerned about reviews so I cannot comment on the property itself. By the pictures it seems to be a nice place and is only 1 mile from the hospital. But based on the horrific customer experience I received today, the astounding lack of compassion and the thinly veiled accusations that I was making it all up, I would not recommend dealing with this place at all.…
