Always stay at this hotel when I’m in London and my experience is always phenomenal. This time I was here for my birthday and the staff did amazing in setting up my room with decoration and making my stay pleasant. Furthermore, on the first night I’d returned to the hotel and realised I’d lost my wallet. By the time I’d realised the stores I had visited had closed by around 5 minutes. Staff member Lawrence went above and beyond in helping me. I tried ringing the store but the number on Google was incorrect, Lawrence somehow managed to find a direct line to the store and got in touch with someone as they were about to leave who had found the wallet. As a result, I was able to book a taxi and get to the store and get my wallet from a back door office. I’m so appreciative and happy Lawrence was on that night as that may have ruined my entire birthday weekend as without him I would’ve been lost in finding it. To add to that Jason was also a standout in always making me and my partner feel welcome. He organised a lot. Lawrence and Jason really added a welcoming and almost family like environment whenever we’d come to reception. Really appreciate it and cannot wait until my next stay!

Hotel's Favourite
I was only here two nights after visiting Oxford for a couple weeks I wanted a hotel close to the “ sights “ and luckily ran into some reviews for this hidden gem of a hotel ! It is literally a couple blocks from the palace ! It’s walking distance to beautiful Saint James Park, Hyde Park & just almost anything you want to see! I even walked thru the park to Fortnum & Mason! The room o had was stunning w a wall of leather “ books” that was backlit (as was the headboard ) it is room -1 and I highly recommend it ! See pics - It has a nice huge shower & a little alcove w a kettle and small coffee maker & fridge !. I drink a lot of Diet Pepsi so it was convenient to run to Boots Pharmacy ( about 1/2 block away ) and get my sodas ,etc. The BEST thing about this hotel tho were three special employees! Jason, Monika & Raquel ( I hope I spelled these right ) the two I met first were on duty when I checked in Jason & Monika were above and beyond helpful to me! They gave me daily directions ( I had to drop my luggage off bc I got there hours before check in ( had been in Oxford ) they locked my luggage up & also put my passport in the safe for me . Oh btw the room had its own safe built in the closet I was able to easily set my own code to . This is a tiny boutique of a hotel and the prices for this area of London were fantastic! ( about 300$ roughly a night ? ) I travel alone and am 60 so I needed help to navigate London , as I’m American . I highly recommend them to Americans .(I noticed about half the guests were from USA) it’s a well kept secret but I would def stay here again when I go back . I hated London my first time 4 years ago bc I stayed too far away from stuff and spent most of the day navigating thru tubes and buses ! The trains were on strike when I was there so that was the only a minor inconvenience bc I was so close I took a cab ( btw the black cans were cheaper in London that Uber! be sure and check bc I think it depends on the train strike . So this company has a few London “ Resident” hotels ( Mayfair, Soho, etc ) but t hi s one is ready got by the Victoria tube station! Normally the fastest way to travel . If I’d know I’d have this much fun in London I’d have booked another week! In fact next year I plan to book a week at this gorgeous hotel ! I hope the owners recognize what great employees they have in these three young people ( Jason, Monika & Raquel ) bc I travel a lot & these were by far THE BEST at their jobs ! Super friendly and helpful to everyone ! They do have larger rooms but I travel alone this too is gorgeous but really only large enough for 1-2 people

Perfect hotel in terms of proximity to London must see attractions and plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area! We saw members of the Royal family drive by, given proximity to Buckingham Palace ~ which was a treat. Finally the room, though small, was well appointed ~ we had all we needed ~ and the staff were amazing (kind and considerate too)!

Nice cozy hotel with everything you may need/want from a hotel. Great location, nice bedding GOOD pillows and Heaten system controlled and good functioning from the room ( nowadays hotels work with a central one and individual controla are fake, belive it or not I have evidence even in high level hotels)

We stayed at the Resident Victoria in London at 10 Palace Place. It was easy to walk from this location or to obtain transportation. The first thing we noticed was the friendly staff. When we arrived, we were just in time for a complementary glass of wine. The room was plenty big, modern and very clean. Jason Gago, the Reception Manager, was very welcoming and he is great at helping guests enjoy their stay. The small restaurant next door (Le Signore) has excellent food. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was everything you could ask for in Central London and in an amazing location literally 60 seconds walk to Buckingham Palace gates . There is also a palace gift shop in the same block as the hotel. Lawrence on reception was very helpful and nice Overall we liked this hotel and will stay again . The small kitchen in the room really helped to, kettle, fridge , microwave , it all helped. Will definitely stay here again - we parked in Q-Park Pimlico which was a ten minute walk from the hotel and wasn’t expensive for 4 days parking
