Lovely hotel, great location. The hotel itself was clean and comfy and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable there for sure. The rooms are small, but I had what I needed. I'd probably ask for ground floor next time as no lift, but other than that I'd book again for sure.

This hotel is absolutely 100% without a doubt centrally placed from king cross. The room was tidy, clean and a decent size. Reception staff were very helpful. I’ll definitely be staying here again. In terms of anything negative to say.. I can’t. There’s nothing I personally found to be bad.

Five minute walk from King’s Cross/St Pancras stations. 24 hour friendly, helpful, and professional staff in lobby, Quiet and immaculate room. Small room: totally adequate for a night’s comfortable stay. Great shower water pressure. Reasonable price. I would definitely stay there again.

Great for one or maybe two nights. Very close to St Pancras for Eurostar and King’s Cross. No lift if anyone struggles with stairs. Rooms clean not a bad size but extremely small bathroom. Toiletries available but we had 4 bottles of shampoo no shower gel. Kettle in the room we made a cup of tea using complimentary tea bags but they got thrown away don’t know if kettle was dirty or the water but wasn’t very nice. Staff very friendly. Would use again when travelling on Eurostar.

The hotel was cute but room was very small. It was very hot the 3 days we stayed there. It was over $200 a night for basically a closet. The staff was nice and carried bags to our room. It was conveniently located. I didn't see breakfast and there was no ice.

We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting London. Location was fantastic - a short 1 block walk to Kings Cross and T Pancras Stations which have great links to get you almost anywhere easily. The room was small but clean. The biggest problem was the lack of air as it was very hot during our visit and no aircon made it uncomfortable, even though we were provided a small upright fan. Also the lack of air circulation meant the bathroom was constantly wet, our towels did not dry and nor did clothes that we washed overnight. However the main reason for the poor rating was the staff. Of the 4 front desk staff we encountered, only one broke a smile and said more than 3 words to us. The very unfriendly German lady who was usually on the front desk was very unhelpful as well as unfriendly. When I asked for fresh towels because ours were still very wet due to the lack of circulation in the room, she refused and it wasn’t until I insisted that she very unwillingly fulfilled the basic request. A great hotel location wise, but not in summer and don’t expect a smile or any help.…

This is such a well located hotel right next to Kings Cross St Pancras. Stayed one night there prior to catching the Eurostar for a girls weekend away. However this hotel is more than its location. Couldn’t fault the room - clean, good size and pretty stylish - the bathroom is commensurate with a much more expensive hotel - great shower! The lobby reception area was clean, bright and the staff welcoming - helping us to orientate ourselves and provide recommendations for places for breakfast. Such care given to how this hotel looks and feels - well done! Given this is in a bustling location in central London in summertime it was surprisingly quiet. My only gripe was the narrow staircase - difficult to navigate with even a small suitcase but this was such a minor issue. For £159 for a twin room for one night in this area you cannot really go wrong.…

Seeing all the reviews I was dreading coming here. But I was shocked walked into the foyer and it was clean and trendy, I thought I was in the wrong hotel with the reviews. The staff were lovely. We was in the basement, but the room was absolutely lovely and clean and trendy I wouldnt be able to spend more then a couple of nights here as room was on the small side. Across the road from King's Cross Station and tube. I would definitely come again.

I have been to this hotel on many occasians and each and every time the service from both the staff and owners has been nothing but perfect. Tim and Lena booked me a hotel for the coronation on very short notice and with ease.

Excellent location just minutes from Kings Cross. It’s evident the hotel has been recently refurbished so many of the more negative reviews on here don’t apply. We received a fantastic welcome, perhaps better than some higher starred hotels we’d stayed in. Informative and friendly. Room and bed were comfortable. Not the biggest but not something that prevented two people from staying comfortably. The hotel is located in a quiet street just near King’s Cross so it wasn’t noisy outside at all. We had 6 good night sleeps here. Inside the hotel the walls were thin but we weren’t disturbed by our neighbours at all. Only downside was the cleaning service which wasn’t as thorough as it could be (Eg we had to ask for replacement toilet roll). But otherwise if you’re looking for a good hotel in a central location this is a good choice!…
