Titanic Hotel Liverpool is located in the historic Stanley Dock, restoring one of the city's most historic and iconic buildings. The hotel has incredible room sizes, service and style. The extensive lobby area is home to the the Rum Bar where we believe, a cocktail menu that matches your mood and hour of the day is essential. Then there is the Rum, with over 60 Rums available some exclusive to the hotel! You can also dine in the lobby from the Rum Bar menu or indulge in afternoon tea. The lobby also boasts a VIP and Business lounge. Stanley's Bar and Grill showcases the dramatic theatre kitchen, open to allow you to watch a team loving preparing your food. However this is not pretentious dining - Stanley's is a place where you and your friends, family, colleagues or simply your newspaper can all get together and feel at home. Kick off your shoes, throw off your jacket, loosen your tie and sit back. Down stairs at the Titanic Hotel amid the red brick arches and beautiful cool stone floors, more Roman bath than city spa, will lay the warm waters of the Hydro pool and Thermal Suite. The mood and atmosphere will be simply delightful. Maya Blue Wellness at the Titanic Hotel will offer an experience rather than a facility. Yes we have a thermal suite with sauna, steam room and water features, a relaxation area and treatment rooms for those all-important beauty regimes, but this is an experience, an intimate experience and one you will want to return to over and over again. Hotel residents can enjoy complimentary access to our Gym with state of the art fitness equipment. Meetings, conferences and Events at the Rum Warehouse are about three things - flexibility, state of the art facilities and never losing sight of the bigger picture. We have the flexibility to create exactly what you need and facilities and equipment to make this a highly efficient and effective exercise for your company. Our meeting and conference spaces boast natural light and are highly adaptable; Our professional conference, exhibition and events team will work with you throughout; dedicated AV equipment and in-house technicians as well as 100mb high speed internet access will ensure a smooth and productive event. The Rum Warehouse is one of the most prominent Conference and Exhibition spaces in the city. The ground floor can accommodate 1000 people theatre style or an exhibition of 800 sq.M. Floor to ceiling glazing and stunning views of Stanley Dock combined with a range of breakout spaces on the upper level make this the ideal way to display your business. The Rum Warehouse is also the perfect space for that special event whether it be a Wedding, anniversary or birthday party or fundraising ball this is the perfect blank canvas for you to create your dream day. Whatever you decide to celebrate with us we will look after you through every small detail.

Me and my husband had the most disappointing experience at the Titanic, especially given the anticipation of a special weekend getaway to celebrate my husband's birthday and being 8 1/2 month pregnant this was our last special night away which was ruined by poor communication . Despite reaching out to the hotel beforehand on instagram and phone regarding amenities using the pool that is suitable for my condition, they said it was fine to access untill we arrived at the hotel. Upon arrival, there was confusion regarding my booking, with my name being listed incorrectly. Additionally, despite being informed that spa access was available prior , we were later informed that pre-booking was required, leaving us unable to enjoy the facilities as planned. Despite efforts to resolve the issue with the manager and spa staff, their assistance was lacking, and excuses regarding communication failures were unsatisfactory. Saying their phone lines were down and unable to get in touch with me prior to my stay. They also stated that instagram messages were managed by a PR company and couldn’t take responsibility of who they told me to call prior to my stay. My husband asked for the senior managers details which the (lady manager) refused to share with us. This experience lacks massively compared to the exceptional service received at other luxury hotels we've frequented, such as Grantley Hall, Rockliffe Hall, and Seaham Hall, where spa amenities were readily accessible without prior booking. In summary, the mismanagement and lack of communication at Titanic Hotel Liverpool tarnished what was meant to be a memorable occasion, leaving us deeply disappointed and frustrated. We even asked to leave the hotel and wanted a refund the hotel management (lady) was super unhelpful and had no power what so ever to even assist in this task.

Hello Corrie, I will reiterate what actually happened. Upon checking in, the Receptionist had indeed confirmed your details and followed procedure in regards to checking in. When speaking with the Maya Blue Wellness Reception team and Manager, it was confirmed you didn't have a booking in Maya Blue Wellness and requested another Manager to speak with and the issues you had raised to investigate further, including the emails supplied by you that were exchanged when enquiring with a completely different spa business, in a completely different region to Liverpool, not Maya Blue Wellness. You were also supplied with the Titanic Hotels contact details when enquiring through our social media platform on Instagram of which also states including on various booking websites and the Titanic Hotels that the Maya Blue Wellness is strictly by appointment only and directly through the Maya Blue Wellness team. Yet, you still blamed our Management team despite your mistake. If you had a booking for Maya Blue Wellness, a confirmation email would have been sent to you. Our Management team had happily accommodate for both of you, subjected to availability a gesture of a late check out and reservation in our Stanleys Bar and Grill for lunch prior to the Maya Blue Wellness spa booking the following day of which you had both refused. You were informed in accordance with the terms and conditions of your reservation type including with the Agent you had booked with. If a guest wishes to check out of the Titanic Hotel, they may proceed to doing so at Reception and you didn't wish to check out. It never ceases to amaze me when a guest writes a negative review simply to be vexatious.

We booked here for an overnight stay from 8th - 9th Feb 2024 I was unsure of some details about my booking and also wanted to make a request for a first floor room - if possible, which I knew could not be guaranteed. I telephoned reception and spoke with ALMU (I hope that is the correct spelling) Almu was absolutely fantastic, totally patient and answered all my concerns, Almu continued to inform me that we could be upgraded to a better room and to include dining at Stanley’s bar, we were delighted with this, not only to find we were booked into a room on the first floor at the front of the hotel - as we hoped for but we enjoyed an excellent evening meal here also, all in all great value too. This was the second time we have stayed here and once again it was an absolute delight, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the walk-in showers are powerful. The restaurant is first class, the food is fantastic and there really is nothing more you could ask for, we will definitely stay here again, our thanks again to Almu for being so helpful and making our stay so enjoyable.

Afternoon tea - lovely food, it was quiet but we had to ask to order and we only got one round of hot drinks, weren’t asked for more, but staff were friendly. Put off a bit when we came outside and saw chef smoking and coughing into his hands! Hope he didn’t make mine

As a couple we were going to an event at the M&S Arena…our son booked the hotel for us as a special treat. At 13:00hrs on day we arrived I was all set to give this hotel a top review….the bar staff were so welcoming and attentive. I will endeavour to keep this review true and concise. We arrived early (11:30am) not expecting our room to be ready and we were really relaxed. We were offered a ‘disabled room’ if we wanted one at that moment of arrival but we obviously declined, neither of us requiring those special facilities. We were advised to keep checking availability over the next couple of hours and we said we were happy to sit in the bar area. We had tea/coffee and read the newspapers. I have to, at this point, stress we were both relaxed and understandably expected a bit of a wait, as ‘check in’ wasn’t until 3:00pm. We then had a drink from the bar and were eventually told a room was available eat 2:00pm. We knew it was an upgraded room and checked on this. We were delighted to have the room an hour early. We arrived at our room which was huge, left our bags and went back to bar for lunch. After that we returned to the room auto get showered and ready for the concert. It was only then we went actually looked closely at the bathroom and realised it was a disabled one ( the main room gave no indication as such). Only tepid water, open shower with seat and toilet with no lid on, plus emergency cords. Whilst these room are necessary and commendable, we specifically sat and waited just over 2.5 hrs for a non- disabled room! It resulted in us having to change rooms, pack all our luggage up and move quickly. David assisted us, obviously perplexed and empathetic, apologising by saying it was a huge administrative error. but we then had no time to shower and had to rush to get down for the taxi that had been booked! We felt awful and it totally ruined what had started as a lovely relaxing experience. The young receptionist who had given us the room was mildly apologetic but nothing more, no explanation. We got to our concert, totally fed up and really upset….totally wishing we’d booked another hotel. The next morning we were up early and my husband went down to reception, spoke to Lewis (who was the person the previous day who knew we were prepared to wait for a non disable room. He was very uneasy, then a female receptionist said ‘It’s in the managers log you were told it was disabled!’Which my husband said was incorrect but she repeated it again! My husband by this time was really upset again and said ‘Please don’t you dare say again I’m not telling the truth!’ She went away, then returned to apologise. Nothing more, no explanation. He went to the lift but they had cancelled his room key even though we hadn’t fully checked out! On leaving Lewis offered breakfast to us. We declined….too little too late. He did give us parking without us having to pay….small recompense.

Hello, The Titanic Hotel is committed to the principle of equality and inclusion and recognises its legal obligations. Offering rooms with accessible bathrooms is one of these obligations and we do not unlawfully discriminate, either directly or indirectly against any of our guests when allocating rooms as these rooms form part of entire inventory and as such as available for allocation to all guests regardless of accessibility needs however, should a guest not want to be in a room of this type then we are always happy to reallocate subjected to availability of the room type. You were informed check in is from 3:00pm when enquiry at 11:30am and again at 2:00pm. You had agreed to check into an accessible room, which was the only room available prior to check in and then returned later in the evening and requested to move rooms and that was arranged for you, including our lovely Concierge team assisting you further. Reception didn't cancel your key card, due to technical difficulties the key card required to be renewed for you and Reception had happily assisted you further.

After staying in the Titanic Hotel previously, we were looking forward to an overnight birthday stay. We were put in a room with an interconnecting door. After being in the room for a short amount of time, we could clearly hear the couple next door and the television. It sounded like they were in the room with us. I called reception who explained that the hotel was full and they could not move us. Fast forward to the following morning, to a terrible night sleep as the people next door were loud throughout the night and early morning. I spoke to the gentleman on check out and emailed my complaint - only to be met with we understand your concerns but some families need an interconnecting door. We didn’t and we actually needed to sleep. After reading reviews when we returned home, it is clear this has been a problem and the Titanic Team have chosen to do nothing about it!

Hello, I’m disappointed to read your review nor do I appreciate that you would choose to create a profile to write a negative review. The volume from the room next to you wasn't at an inconsiderate level otherwise further action would have been taken to politely inform the guest to keep the volume down and monitored. Our team here at the Titanic Hotel are very passionate about creating a memorable experience for everyone. We had been in contact with you after your departure regarding the issues you have raised in hope to welcome you back. Disappointingly, you had said you wouldn't return to the Titanic Hotel and proceeded to write a negative review on TripAdvisor.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From entering the building, to leaving, it was just a perfect trip. We were upgraded on arrival to a corner suite & it was incredible, so much so, that we didn’t want to leave our room! All the staff we encountered were lovely and helpful. The spa is also a must, it was so relaxing. We will definitely be visiting the titanic hotel again.
