Not bad for a small town like Keonjhar, Odisha. Friendly and very humble staff. Food is ok, not too good ii r bad, suggestions is to go for vegetarian and avoid chicken. Clean bathrooms and linen. Overall good option to stay for a business trip in this small town
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel on business. It is also the second time we ran into serious issues about payment. First, the rooms. The rooms are very large (especially the king suite), but lack some very simple amenities. For example, there is no work desk or chairs for doing work and the view from the king suite was a wall and a pigeon nest. I was able to makeshift a desk for work, but it was uncomfortable. There is a coffee maker in the room, but no cups and no coffee. We had to request these every night and scrounge around for cups. The towels were not always replaced and we had to call for new towels. Food service was very slow, one night it took nearly 2 hours to receive our order. The food was good once we received the food and breakfast offerings were limited. Last time we were here, we were told upon check in that the hotel accepted cards. Well, it turns out that this 'international' hotel only takes indian bank credit cards. This year, we planned to stay again and my colleague called to find out if they now accepted US cards. We were told this was not a problem and so we exchanged only the amount of money required for our other business. After our week long stay, I went to pay only to find that my US card would not work. This created a huge problem as my cash withdrawal limits were such that I had to ask my Indian colleague to pay with his card and then scramble together enough cash to refund my colleague. I don't think we will stay here again unless the hotel fixes issues.…
the hotel is mind blowing interns of service,food and stay but this area is not good,extra pollution due to mine sector.you should choose a hotel in forest nearby.hotel stuffs are very nice in behavior.rate is quite high but good as per rooms.
Started off as a good hotel with nice service. Gradually has gone down due to the slump in the mining sector in the area. They have still maintained the rooms, but the lift does not work. The bathroom geyser was kaput, even though they did give a pail of hot water. The staff go the extra mile to please, but that is not enough. The restaurant and room service is slow. The management should remember that tough times do not last, tough people do.
Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig, sauber und hell. Das Restaurant ist etwas dunkel, das Frühstück inbegriffen und sehr gut. Ein Inder im Service, der einen Top-Job macht! Noch nie so etwas gesehen...extrem freundlich, behält sich alle Bestellungen im Kopf (Essen und Trinken), auch einer 6-köpfigen Gruppe, rennt (wirklich) und bemüht sich um einen Top-Service. Der Chef macht da eher einfach nur auf "Chef" - überarbeitet sich sicher nicht. Kein WLAN.
