I didn't try the hotel restaurant. The lady would ask if I wanted to eat at the hotel though, presumably to plan how much to cook. The hotel is in a residential village. There is one or two restaurants on the bed of the main road up the hill, but if you drive Sao Vincente, there are many restaurants there. You will need a car to get around. There are buses, but not regular ones.
