Me and my family stayed at this hotel for two nights. During this time the hot water did not work and the WIFI did not work. When i reported this at the reception they said it would be fixed later. It was not. There were mold (see picture) in the bathroom and the mugs in the room (for coffe/thea) were dirty. The breakfast looked nice but a lot of it had a very low/cheap quality. The orange juice was like yellow water and the pancakes tasted like sawdust. The bacon was like salty rubber. The only thing that was positive about this place was the free parking and the location. I cant belive this is considered a three star hotel. It should have one or maximum two stars. It is not worth the price! Never again!

A hotel in Valby area, about 3.5 km from city centrum. The room was very good and in a good price, clean an with big space. There is free wifi, a flat TV and you can make instant coffee. A big breakfast buffet both in drinks and food. If you are not expecting a lux hotel then is a perfect choice. ++ parking plass behind the hotel.

We stayed two nights as it was close to our friends place. A mistake. Arrived back at the hotel after a full day and our luggage was not in our room. They had taken it to storage. We weren't very happy to say the least. Very dated. Breakfast was another matter, if you could find plates that were clean. Pickup a coffee cup, still had lip stick on it. No wonder they have low light atmosphere. Spent 30 nights in hotels and this was the absolute worst.

5 Stars for the photographer and 1 Star for the hotel. This hotel has not been well maintained. We booked two rooms, one had a missing fridge, the bathrooms are mouldy, and the kettles came covered in a mystery white powder. My son compared the corridor to an opening scene on CSI. The only redemption of Hotel Rossini is it’s decent complimentary breakfast. Good if you are looking for a budget hotel in a great location.

This hotel in the Copenhagen suburb of Valby is old and it shows. The room felt "tired" but was clean which is the main thing. The buffet breakfast was very good and extensive. The front counter staff could have been a bit more helpful, but the breakfast staff was great. Free parking is a definite plus in Copenhagen and one of the reasons we chose this hotel for our weekend stay. The train station is a very short walk from the hotel, and the train ride to Copenhagen Centrum with its many sights is about 10 minutes. There are restaurants and take-out places nearby as well as a supermarket within walking distance.

In 20 years of extensive worldwide business travel, I’ve only refused to stay in a hotel once and this was it. The place stinks and is dirty, see attached pictures. There’s pigeon poop indoors. Electrical safety is non existent. This place is not fit for purpose.

Hotel is not worth staying at for no price. Staff very arrogant, unhelpful and rude. 1 star hotels in Eastern Europe back in 50’s were nicer and cleaner for sure. Can’t believe that rathole like this even exists in one of the richest countries in europe. Unbelievably bad!

Ok, first we should say that this is not a hotel that pretends to be a five-star. It could, however, add another star by doing just a little more. The untidy stairs, and worn corridors with no art and rough walls, as well as the really untidy and dark reception area gives no impressive first impression. The male receptionist, however, was really nice and kind. And the internet is fast. Despite the disappointing impression of stairs and corridors, my room, however, is clean. Even it is a bit worn, it is still clean. When we come to bathroom furniture is so worn that it could have been a soviet building from the 80s, and the shower has fungus in all corners and this funny smell you know. Still, everything seems clean, except these shortcomings that no-one can blame the cleaning lady for. The location is perfect, close to Valby station. My recommendation to the hotel is given free of charge. Freshen up the hotel a bit. Light the candles at the breakfast table. Tidy your rooms. You don't have to refurbish the whole thing, but paint the corridor walls, change water damaged bathroom interior and do more to give visitors a better first impression. Today, this gives me that impression of a hotel that does not need to impress, because the owner does not need the money that just a little bit more effort could bring her.

This hotel is excellent value for money. It is close to the train station so it is easy to get around the city and to get to and from the airport. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Filthy, dirty hotel. 3 stars rated, based on what I wonder. Pictures say it all unfortunately. And price is certainly not in line with what you get. Valby area is nice and quiet with shops and restaurants. Location close to train station is convenient but will never stay here again.
