Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed here for 3 nights during Vinobranie, an extremely busy weekend during September in Pezinok. Despite being the only English speaking group and quite distinctive looking (there were 4 of us EACH and EVERY time we entered the hotel lobby, asking us suspiciously whether we had a reservation. By far the weirdest person was some older man who looked like the owner/big boss who walked around constantly and despite having seen us at least 4-5 times each day would scowl and not return our greeting. Very, very odd experience! Have in the past stayed in the other 2 hotels on the square and staff have been perfectly nice and welcoming so it's definitely not a cultural thing. Having said that, all the cleaning staff at this hotel were very friendly and interacted with us warmly. The hotel itself is nice and perfectly fine for the rate they charge. Room was very small but then we did book an economy room so cant complain about that.

Wa stayed there with 3 kids. They were able to accommodate us in one room (which is less and less common in Europe). They also have their own free parking lot in the back, free WiFi, free A/C, very nice rooms with fridge and big bathrooms with a shower. Located in the city center means everything is walking distance. Breakfast was typical continental, 25€ for the 5 of us. One point down for not being able to provide a vegan milk alternative, which hasn’t happened to me recently and we were shocked and just informed that they provide no gluten free, no lactose free and nothing similar. Probably a bad management decision that can be easily changed IMHO. Check before your arrival in the future though. Or just bring in your own rice/almond milk, which is widely available. A side note – they were able to provide us with a special food on the wedding we attended in the hotel the night before and the waitresses were nice also during the late night hours.

Excellent ratio quality / price, room confortable. Excellent location for events and seminars. They can do vine selection and test. Parking limited and little small lobby bar, the main limits, but nothing dramatic.

I stayed in this hotel for a conference and was very impressed by the friendly staff and service we received. The rooms and bathrooms were basic but comfortable and clean. I was grateful for the A/C and a small refrigerator in the room. The location was ideal for catching buses, trains, and walking around the town. If I ever make it back to Pezinok, I would stay here again!

Went to Pezinok to attend a conference there; the city in the midst of the wine country is coming along: still some old-style Socialist architectural iconography (such as the city theatre where the conference meeting was taking place), but the city managed to restore a great deal of the old pre-Socialist era charm. Nice buildings, everything very clean and tidy - which is true of the hotel as well. If you manage to find yourself passing through Pezinok, you won't do bad staying in this hotel! (There is no swimming pool or fitness so I just graded it average.)

I stayed in this hotel as I was doing a tour of wineries and this was a fantastic location fro this. the hotel was great value and the rooms were very comfortable with everything you could need for a base in the area. Staff were also generally very nice but we tried to get food in the hotel restaurant about 10pm and were told the kitchen was closed which was disappointing. Standard breakfast but cheap at only 5 euros - the coffee was a little weak but luckily there was a very good coffee place on the square across the road from the hotel.
