Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

(& others).
Drove at night so didn't see much unfortunately. Should be brilliant in the day time (at least for the passengers!)
(The marker for the bridge on TripAdvisor is in the completely wrong place! It's shown in the top left corner (NW) but should be in the bottom right (SE) of the island!)Written 16 March 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. So kids will go home happy and tired.
In mid of summer, floors are so hot, staff must put special carpets to be wet always between end of slides and stairs.
Food and water are not allowed, you can only buy from park's restaurant. You can consider their food as good to just satiety.Written 15 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. There are lots of dioramas with interpretations in several languages. If you like that sort of thing, then great. It didn’t grab us.
There is no air conditioning and it was stifling so we left and had a coffee.Written 2 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. And also ride should be longer - ours lasted for one hour and it was with sitting in the LagunaWritten 30 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - HelenCYLondon63 contributionsHad a massage this afternoon. Was required to pay before the treatment - I now understand why!! The masseuse clearly had no real training, as limited pressure was applied and the technique was poor. No towel was placed over me whilst different parts of my body were being massaged and upon completion I had to ask her to remove the excess oil. No 'get up slowly' or 'drink lots of water'. I was just shown straight to the door. If you've ever had a good quality massage, I would go elsewhere, as this was extremely disappointing.Written 2 July 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
