Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Djerba has always been my dream destination. The scenic beaches, the affable folk, sumptuous cuisine, shopping and of course, the legendary Jewish-Arab unity have inspired me tremendously to visit the island.

Thanks to Mr.Adel Ben Haj Yedder, founder- Vacances Promo Tunisie, my dream finally came true!

Famed for their legendary, VPT arranged everything immaculately from scratch including a chauffeur-guide drive air-conditioned car to escape the scorching but otherwise pleasant Mediterranean summer. Showcasing every one of Djerba's rich treasure, my journey was wholesome and memorable with the renowned Houmt Souk market with kaleidoscopes of color mesmerizing me, the Berber pottery market of Guellala, Hara Seguira and the quaint Jewish homes and eateries and of course, the grand La Ghriba Synagogue...it feels as if it was just yesterday!

The Guellala Museum shocases Djerba's intriguing history while the Borj El Kebir fortress presents a panoramic view of the ocean from its zenith. Soirees with breathtaking folkloric dance and acrobatics performances and the pulsating music of the Berbers was the ultimate treat while on Djerba Island!

With representatives fluent in English, French and Arabic, visitors form around the world are more than satisfied with VPT's overall services and professionalism. I sincerely wish to work with Mr.Ben Haj Yedder again on yet another fascinating and exciting journey through Djerba!

Just returned from Dar Lella Baya, and it's more than just a villa – it's a fantastic retreat! The beautifully designed and friendly pool area is a highlight. Comfortable communal spaces, soft lighting, an available audio system, plus multiple showers and toilets make for a pleasant and convenient stay. At Dar Lella Baya, they go the extra mile to provide a relaxing and friendly experience. Highly recommend for those seeking a place that balances comfort and hospitality!
