Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- HelenCYLondon63 contributionsHad a massage this afternoon. Was required to pay before the treatment - I now understand why!! The masseuse clearly had no real training, as limited pressure was applied and the technique was poor. No towel was placed over me whilst different parts of my body were being massaged and upon completion I had to ask her to remove the excess oil. No 'get up slowly' or 'drink lots of water'. I was just shown straight to the door. If you've ever had a good quality massage, I would go elsewhere, as this was extremely disappointing.Written 2 July 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Firas Hammami1 contributionThe hotel is great, good service and everything is cool.
But there are few missings things :
• first of all, the food isn’t a 5 stars, I remember when I went to Radisson Djerba, it was literally the best meals ever, worth the money & the stars. The food here is good but not a 5 stars.
• Wi-Fi problem, the rooms are more like anti WIFI or something!
There’s literally no signal in rooms, especially room num 314 & 315, I had to buy 4G to connect :/ which is really a bad thing in hotels. Btw, there’s WiFi connection at the beach, good one !
• And the last thing, I think there’s no supervision for the food, I eat a ROTTEN macaroni AND crepe, I had to call the manager so they pull it out, and no one get hurt.
Thanks Ulysse and I really want to see you fixing these issues!Written 1 August 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Everyone are professional friendly clean and welcoming. Massage 4 hands - highly recommended approx €25 one hr.Written 26 September 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
