Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What a wonderful experience! The elephants are well cared for and allowed to live in their natural environment. We prepared a snack for the elephants, then fed both the snack and bananas to the them. We walked with them in the forest, watched them cool off in the stream then get dirty again with a dust bath. Back to the main area for a snack with the elephants milling in the background, then to the washing area to hide them off. Kia was our guide and did a great job.

Praim was our 2 day guide in Siem Reap. He was very knowledgeable and knew where to go to avoid the crowds, and where to take the best photos . He was very attentive , responsive and responsible and we highly recommend him.

Going to the temples by Jeep with Mr. Bopha was a very unique experience. We were able to go off the beaten path to temples where we were all by ourselves. Our guide and driver were very nice and knowledgeable about the culture and the history. I would recommend before visiting to learn more about the Hindu and Buddhist practices. I did not do that, and it would’ve enhanced my experience.

Very flexible. Loved the history provided by our guide. Especially liked the tour of Apopo! Such important work in the eradication of land mines in Cambodia.

A very enjoyable and organised tour. Transfer from Siem Reap to Battambang via car, then to tuktuk for the city and countryside tour was seamless with good communication between the drivers. My tour guide Nani was helpful and polite, and was good at explaining the history and importance of each place we visited. He had great knowledge of the area, offering different options and ways to see things - after the bats began to fly out of the cave at sunset, he took me to the fields where they were flying to and it was such a surreal experience! If I were to do this day tour again, I would definitely choose to go with Nani.

Narath our guide, and Chhenling, our driver collected us from our hotel and we set off on the most magical journey to view temples sitting on top of the world. We were grateful to Narath for his knowledge of Cambodia’s history, his quiet and respectful nature during the entire day made us feel so welcome. We will carry memories of this beautiful journey with and will share this day with our family and friends , thank you

Had an amazing experience from start to finish. Saw lots of beautiful scenery thanks to our tour guide Mr Kimsan and team. We was not expecting to go along main roads immediately but the guides made us feel very safe and literally shielded us from passing traffic. We would highly recommend as was so much fun and the guide took many amazing photos and videos for us.

What a great tour! And my guide, Son, was fantastic! Great communicator and so, so knowledgeable about so much Khmer history--recent and long past. Trust his plan for the sunrise at Angkor Wat--you'll meet early and walk at a fast clip, but when you're right up front, you'll get it! (Bring a little something to sit on the dewy grass!)
Could you tour all these places, without a guide? Sure. BUT, I think you'd miss a lot. And an air-conditoned ride and cold water are pretty nice in the Cambodian heat and humidity!

Fantastic tour - very professionally run in all aspects. I was picked up from the hotel and driven to Angkor Wat where our guide for the day, Bunvath, secured for us an excellent position to see the sunrise over the temple. Throughout the tour he knew all the best places to be at the right time and takes a great photo too! I didn’t need to take selfies at all. We had good quality bikes, well maintained and the cycling between sites was straightforward and easy going. Breakfast and lunch were excellent, plenty of cold water was provided throughout the day and the whole day went very smoothly. Bunvath is a very informative guide and cares for his guests attentively which makes for an enjoyable experience.

Amazing trip, got to see all the highlights of Angkor Wat threw off-road cycling. Felt great to explore the jungle and site like this, away from the general tourist route (although obvs they are still at the temples :)) Everything was well taken care of, bikes were in great condition!

I highly recommend this tour as I had an amazing bike tour with Lot. Even though I was the only person to book, it still went ahead. The bike was great, like new, and they were very helpful swapping my saddle for a more comfortable one.
We cycled mostly off road seeing so much ‘life’ as we meandered through little villages, past rice fields, even through sections of jungle.
Lot, as a local, was very knowledgeable and arranged stop overs to learn more about how sticky rice is made (who knew!), noodle making, palm tree farming, and a temple school by the wonderful West Baray Reservoir.

Han was an amazing tour guide who was very generous with both his time and his knowledge of this incredible part of Cambodia. He provided detailed insights into many of the places we visited as well as personal stories that made history come alive. Han showed us many places that were not on the actual itinerary but really enhanced the whole experience. I would highly recommend this tour. Oh, and he's the best looking tuk tuk driver in Battambang!
