Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Most of the beauty was cantered around one entrance, which is a shame as it did not spread the visitors about. Tickets sell out so pre book. I think best way to get there is using Bus 24 from Catalunya this bus also stops at Antoni Gaudí 3 houses

Parc de la Ciutadella's main attractions are:

    - Parliament of Catalonia nad his gardens
    - Barcelona's zoo (require admission ticket)
    - A small lake
    - The Cascada Fountain (designed by Josep Fontsére and Antoni Gaudí)
    - Greenhouses (The Hivernacle)
    - The Mammoth Statue

It is one of the most beautiful parks in Barcelona.
The entrace is free, and I highly recommend to pass by the "Cascada Fountain" which is quite beautifull. If it's sunny, you will see people get a small dance near the fountain.
The fountain was constructed between 1875 and 1888 for the Universal Exposition held in Barcelona in 1888.
The design of the Cascada Fountain is inspired by the Trevi Fountain in Rome and features a majestic waterfall surrounded by sculptures and ornate decorations.

In regards, to the mammoth sculpture, it serves as a tribute to the discovery of mammoth bones in the area during excavations in the late 19th century.

Within the parc, you will probably see street artists, singers, acrobats, musicians, and others.
The park offers spaces for sports activities such as football and volleyball.

    Fantastic tourist spot.
Enjoyed the full walk from the 2 stone pillars up to the 4 collums and then up 100 steps to the museum. Amazing views!
Cafe halfway up so we stopped for a drink and a sit down.
Turn right at the museum, left at the carpark and up the path, this will take you all the way through to the main road where the Olympic stadium is on the left. Go past the Olympic stadium down the main road and it takes you to the cable cars which go up to mountjuic Castle. Now that is a view! Wowser!
Only complaint. All fountains off due to draught. Such a shame as was looking forward to the magic fountain.

The park is quite easy to get to on the metro. About a 10 min walk from Mundet on L3 the green line. The park is pretty with a lot of shade. The highlight is the Labyrinth. It is the real deal. We did the maze when the park opened up at 10 am. It was pretty confusing getting to the center and even worse trying to find our way out. Some of the maze has been replanted in the last year or two which made it a bit easier. Don’t do this if you are claustrophobic.

Park de Cervantes is a medium size park in the city. Wonderful park to relax (it really quiet and not overcrowded), sit down on a bench under the pergola or shade of the trees and let zen come to you. The park has plants shrubberies surrounded by green hedges, trees, bushes, plants and lots of different roses. It's delighting for your eyes as well as for your nose

We stayed here in an Airbnb, perfectly located to visit Barcelona. The ‘park’ is wonderful and has some wonderful views all the way down to the coast.

Pass through before or after your visit to Sagrada Familia to get the full view. There are less people taking photos from the far side of the pond, but still pretty busy.

Walkable from Sagrada Familia or Parc Guell if visiting those. (There’s a steep uphill but total time less than an hour). Much better views than Parc Guell without the expensive admission and huge amounts of tourist crowds.

Parc del Fòrum is a modern place located in the surroundings of Barcelona city and close to the Mediterranean Sea, where you can walk, run, go to the beach or come to this place to see some temporal exhibitions. I came here with my almost 7 years old daughter to see "Expo Dinosaures", an exposition of large models of dinosaurs. A nice place to come with children, where they can see a lot of dinosaurs, see a documentary film and play with other children in a children area, where they can dig and find dinosaurs bonds ot they can go up to a "real" dinosaur. Small, but funny and too artificial.

This public park/green space has it all, table tennis tables, a skate board area, numerous courts for ball sports, a play area for children and plenty of seating just to rest and enjoy the tranquility,.

Very unusual and pretty park not far from Barcelona Sants. The only wish would be to clean some parts, they stink cause of unfortunate humans…

The parc is ok for a little wander around, but if you have kids the slides are great. There are about 4/5 built into a hill and are various shapes/inclines. Take either spare clothes or wetwipes, because the kids can get really dusty/dirty on the slides - but they have loads of fun.
