Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We finally found the easy way to get to La Torre de Collserola. Before you had to combine metro, rail, funicular railway and finally a bus to arrive at the tower, normally after all that to find it closed.

Now you can join a self-drive, guided tour with the company TOURISIMO.es They take you on a tour of the hills of Collserola and you drive a fully electric Renault Twizy,
two-seater micro car following a guide. From their Base near Park Güell you head for the hills and when the tower is open you can ascend to observation deck, 560meters a.s.l.

The best views in BCN and the easiest and most fun way to get there.

I highly recommend a visit to the tower and Tourisimo is the way to get there.

it s such a privileged lookout as u have an unimpeded glimpse of the city as you sip a classy martini or down a pint... so centrally located it makes the perfect final stop to a hectic sightseeing as the Barcelona eyebrows close before they trim for the nighe scene

    spectacular!

We hiked up from the Poble Sec metro stop, and it was a steep, but pleasant climb. The views we got at the top were worth it! Great views of the city and the Mediterranean.

Want the best view of Barcelona? You will need to work for it...

It is difficult to make your way to the top. Plan for some walking to and from public transit and I would recommend that you take the funicular.

The church is average, at best, but the view of all of Barcelona is worht the effort. Unfortunately, the best views are obscured by the amusement park!

On a sweltering hot Wednesday afternoon in September my twin brother Stephen and I headed in the magnificent Gothic Quarter ( Barri Gótic ) hitting some of the great taverns to be found in the many plaza's in this most beautiful of cities ,we headed into Placa Del Rei ( Kings Square ) were we marvelled at the amazing an ancient architecture this plaza holds and the stand out feature in my opinion is the magnificent Mirador Del Rei Marti ( King Martin's Watchtower ) .
Built in 1302 ,at one time this was considered one of the tallest building in the known world ,it's a truelly amazing and evocative looking tower, part of the Reial Major Palace complex ( Palau Reial Major ) it blends in seamlessly with the amazing architecture of the wonderful Gothic Quarter.
If you enjoy your photography don't forget the snapper as you will take some great photos.
Easy to locate on Placa Del Rei in an area teeming with pubs, bars and restaurants and some amazing architecture and a major tourist destination.
    Well worth seeking out.
