Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is an excellent day trip visiting 2 white villages and then on to Ronda. Luis our guide was very friendly and informative and although it is a long day, everything was so well organised. There was time for short breaks in the 2 white villages and then longer free time in Ronda. The booking process with was easy and we were kept well informed beforehand of details and pick up point. If you are going on this trip early or late in the season, as is it 800 metres above sea level, it can be chilly so pack a jumper or fleece. This was a very enjoyable trip and we would book with Rutasur Andalusian Nature again.

The best way to get familiar with the city. The guide was great and was very helpful, with useful tips on what to do/eat/drink and what to avoid.

We visited Seville Cathedral and Real Alcazar with our guide Carmen. She was so much fun and so knowledgeable. She bought the history alive and answered all our questions. Carmen made us both feel special giving us tips and ideas for the tour and seeing Seville. It was great to meet someone so passionate about her city and its history. J&K

It's a 2.5 hour journey from Seville to Granada. If you only have one day for Granada, I definitely recommend this tour. The local guide at Alhambra spoke very good English. Alhambra is massive. I wish I could have spent longer time there. I stayed in Granada for the night instead of going back to Seville on the same day. Definitely recommend it because you need to see Alhambra at night! It's stunning!

So much history here. Not only the Moors, but also the Spanish royalty. Our guide was well informed and took the time to answer any questions. Our tour was in both English and Spanish, which was great. While our tour guide Jesus gave the information in Spanish, I was able to get a water and read some placards.

We all love the trip. It's so nice, unique and wonderful! Our tour girl took us to the restaurant and I had the best green olive I ever had.

This was an excellent trip and very well organised by Andalsur Excursiones. We had a small group of 8 on our tour and the minibus was nice and clean. Our guide, Alex, was very friendly and knowledgeable and certainly added to the enjoyment of the day. Cordoba itself has a fascinating history, which Alex brought to life as we walked through the streets. We had time for a quick break before our visit to the Mezquita where we had a local guide, Ricardo, who was passionate about telling us the history of this fabulous building. If you think the actual cathedral won't live up to the photos you see on line, it does! We then had an hour or so for lunch, which Alex arranged for those that wanted him to, and then met again to head back to the minibus for the journey home. Although this is a long day trip from Seville, I would thoroughly recommend it and would book with Andalsur Excursiones in the future.

The Alcazar is beautiful in every way and we spent a long time just enjoying the tranquility of the gardens afterwards.
Our guide, Andreas, was excellent. He engaged with each of us and encouraged questions all along the way.

Driss was amazing tour guide. He made the trip more fun. Visit to Mosque-Cathedral was interesting. If you are in Andalusia I recommend you to visit Cordoba. It was well worth it.

The tour of Cordoba was great. We had a good amount of time in the Great Mosque and other sites - I did’t feel rushed. Our tour guide, Enrique, was very knowledgeable, prompt and considerate. He made the day interesting and fun and I feel I got a good sense of the city. Would recommend him as a guide.
