Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great tour. Some of the best food we had on our trip. Carolina was an amazing tour guide. She was able to accomodate my celiac daughter, which was really nice. I think there were around 10 tapas-carolina would have them modified or substituted if needed to make sure they were gluten free. I think there was one of the 10 where they couldn't find a substitute. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour booked directly through Naturanda in Seville. We found our guide extremely knowledgeable on each of the three sites we toured and enjoyed his light-hearted sense of humor he was able to weave-in throughout. I would recommend this tour company.

All three places were amazing .
We were a little overwhelmed with information but maybe that’s our age 🤩
    Such beautiful buildings .
However there were far too many people at the top of the tower and unless you waited a long time, it was difficult to find a space to look out . We felt admission up the tower should be much more staggered so everyone had a chance to view.

The tour was excellent. We were picked up on time and the bus was very comfortable. Our guides Driss Castro and Carlos F were excellent. The sights were amazing.

The flamenco here is excellent and I did enjoy it.
The dancers dance with passion and the singers were also great. One singer in particular stood out.
Unfortunately, I can't name them because we weren't given that information.
No photographs or videos are allowed. I understand that, but they could have done a photo moment at the end. This happens at other venues in Seville and it adds to memories.
The food was good and the waiters were excellent.

What a fun way to spend a Wednesday evening on holiday in Seville. I went with friends on this culinary and artistic journey with Elena who is a certified expert in all things Seville and Flamenco. Thank you so much! -Cait

What an incredible day with Naturanda. The exquisite villages we visited and the famous Ronda. Our guide Maria was warm, calm and so helpful. She gave us great tips for excellent restaurants and viewing areas that were really on the money. At the end of the day I left my phone on the bus and she and the driver (sadly I don’t remember his name) went out of their way to get it back to me (including getting in contact out of hours!). I am so grateful as the day was one to remember. I would totally book with Naturanda again. Despite being on a bus with many others, it didn’t feel touristy or overly structured. I saw many things I wouldn’t have been able to on my own and got great advice. If you are thinking of booking, you won’t regret it.

Right from the start of the day it was brilliant. We were picked up on time. The guides were amazing full of useful and interesting information. I feel they went above and beyond what was expected. Our guide was José Luisy Jesus. Very interesting and funny at times. Our driver was Michael he was so friendly and greeted everyone on the bus. I would recommend 150%

Juan was very knowledgeable. He was patient with our questions and gave us ideas where to go outside of our tour. His tour came with Tapas tasting after, which was terrific! Would highly recommend him!

Our pickup point was the last of the stops in Sevilla and the bus was late. So, we were perhaps a bit ornery in our initial outlook. We enjoyed the drive to La Linea de la Concepcion (about 2 hours, with a 20 minute pit stop). Once at La Linea we were briefed by our guide, Petra, on the drill for crossing the border from the EU into British-held Gibraltar. Fortunately, March is low season for tourists and line-ups at the crossing were not long. We understand that this is not the case in high season. Once on the Gibraltar side, we were shown a few of the landmarks and given 2 hours of free time to wander, have lunch, shop or whatever. We then boarded different, smaller buses for the drive up the Rock. The bus driver became our guide at that point, although Petra remained with us.
First stop was Europa Point where we overlooked the Mediterranean Sea to the east, the Atlantic Ocean to the west and Morocco to the south. Next we went to a lookout spot frequented by Barbary Apes, wild macaques. On next to St. Michael's Cave, where we entered the cavern and were blown away by the size and the formations of stalactites and stalagmites as well as their lighting.
The drive through the built-up area and up the Rock was a bit hair-raising. Our driver, David, expertly but speedily threaded the bus through passages barely wide enough to transit and up and down the narrow, windy roads.
When we were all done, we were taken back to the border point to walk through and be met by our original bus to the ride back.
In all, the tour lasted from about 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Petra provided good commentary, without being too verbose or seeing the need to be constantly chattering. She kept us well-herded, without being onerous, and made sure we had sufficient access to toilets throughout the day. David was humourous and informative in his narratives.

This is an excellent day trip visiting 2 white villages and then on to Ronda. Luis our guide was very friendly and informative and although it is a long day, everything was so well organised. There was time for short breaks in the 2 white villages and then longer free time in Ronda. The booking process with was easy and we were kept well informed beforehand of details and pick up point. If you are going on this trip early or late in the season, as is it 800 metres above sea level, it can be chilly so pack a jumper or fleece. This was a very enjoyable trip and we would book with Rutasur Andalusian Nature again.

I walked through the Market on my own and found it quaint, and then, during the tour, my senses were opened to experience so much more! Learn to identify the right ingredients and take them home to make your authentic recipes. The staff gave us confidence to create a spectacular meal.

The best way to get familiar with the city. The guide was great and was very helpful, with useful tips on what to do/eat/drink and what to avoid.
