Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Pablo was my guide and Amrish was my driver and they were both outstanding. The structure of the tour was perfect for me, as I was traveling alone, and wanted something with a lot of flexibility and freedom at each stop. Pablo was informative and had lots of interesting tidbits to share without being overwhelming or boring, ever.

This was a lot to do in one day. You will spend more than half the day on the bus. You will have 1 hr at Stonehenge, and if everyone gets on the bus ontime, you will then get 2 hours in bath, which will include your lunch. Then in the bus for hours to get to Stratford by life 4/430pm and you be there to 6 max. Everything will be closing by 5/530 as well. Then back on the bus for another couple of hours and your back in London at like 8ish... so 5 hours at these locations total, roughly 7 on the bus. The bus is nice, but consider this information before you book.
The guide, Nick was fantastic and Ray was the driver, he was also lovely.

My family had the most wonderful day with Lucy, on our tour of the Cotswolds, Oxford, and Stratford upon Avon. Our tour guide Lucy was an absolute delight. She was extremely knowledgeable and very engaging. She was incredibly upbeat and quite witty which we appreciated so much. I have not learned nor laughed that much in a long while! She taught us so much on our journey and it’s clear that she loves what she does. We would recommend the English Bus to anyone as it was a 10 out of 10 experience!

This tour was everything we wanted it to be. Our guide was professional, pleasant, extremely well-informed and her knowledge of the area and its history was extensive. We enjoyed all the places we stopped (although we would have liked to spend more time at Anne Hathaway’s cottage) and were given ample time to explore or have a bite to eat. Our driver, as well, was very courteous and professional and we felt very safe with him behind the wheel. The van was modern, but we would suggest that the back row seating be reduced from 4 to 3 seats as it is too crowded for 4 average-sized adults.

What a lovely day we had being driven through the beautiful Cotswolds with our driver Paul. He was such a knowledgeable and friendly guy. Leaving the car at home enabled me to relax and witness the gorgeous landscape and outstanding beauty of what this tour offers. The coach was comfortable and warm. It was also lovely to meet the other guests on the trip and enjoyed sharing photos with each other. You will fall in love with the Cotswolds and Paul knew all the hidden gems I didn’t know existed. Thank you Paul and to the others that made our day so memorable.

Without this app guide we would have missed a significant highlight of our visit to Stratford. The guide takes you past all the main sites for which you can purchase entry tickets and they are very worthwhile. The beautiful walk however took us to the edge of the town down to Trinity Church where Shakespeare is actually buried. Not to be missed, this is a gem location not central to the main sites and only using this tour did we discover it. The spoken tour and map is fabulous, the narrator is excellent and we loved his pace and commentary. We used both online and offline maps/guide and did not notice any difference so ease of use is assured. Well worth the small price.

We were taken round Stratford upon avon by our lovely, friendly, happy guide called Peter! What a great guy! Super sense of humour, professional and full of great local information. We saw alot of key historic places that we wouldnt have seen if we had just gone round Stratford on our own. We enjoyed it so much. Thanks for a great time!

Shakespeare' schoolroom was not on our list of attractions to visit during our day trip to the town, but we passed by and decided to have a quick look; we were so glad we did! The staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable and there was so much to see and discover. We particularly loved the altar painting and hidden figure and the school master talk was very entertaining and informative. We spent more than two hours exploring and would thoroughly recommend a visit - it was the highlight of our day, which also included all the other historic Shakespeare houses and sites. Thanks to the amazing team who brought Shakespeare's early years to life for us.

The tour exceeded our expectations. Our driver, Francis, was professional, kind, helpful, intelligent, and gracious. He shared stories about the history and culture of all the destinations along the 5 day trip. The acommodations were good and great values with breakfast included. The mini-bus was comfortable, and the driver stops every 2-hrs or so for a bathroom break or lunch. Some highlights included the Iron Bridge, the Slate museum in Wales, the Telford Aqueduct ( a world heritage site), the Peak districts, the Yorkshiire Dales, including many small villages, Chatsworth estate, Lincoln , Cambridge, and more. The visuals along the route were charming with sheep farms, stone walls, hills and valleys.
