Staff were great onboard as well as the booking process.

When we arrived and saw the size of the yacht for 10 of us we were not happy. They quickly upsold us a bigger yacht. We were much happier ut this took 25 minutes out of our sailing time. The crew was helpful and nice. We had a great time the scenery was spectacular.

Hi Jay, thank you for writing a positive review. Yes we try to be very transparent with photos of the yachts inside and out for our clients to choose in the listing. We have few options to choose from and we were so happy we could accomodate you in a bigger boat to make you happy. Hope you had a fantastic experience in Dubai and look forward to host you again. We had a fantastic morning on our private yacht cruise. We chose the 2 hour tour to see the Atlantis and then to swim near jumeriah beach. It was a fantastic experience the guys were very helpful and took group pictures for us and pointed out all the sights along the way. Changing area provided below deck and towels and water also supplied. Booked via get your guide.

The crew was excellent . Perry not only is a great host he also takes the most fantastic photos . Overall the experience was beyond expectations .

Brilliant day, fantastic company. We arrived for our booking and were promptly taken to the yacht. The 2 staff which took us out were absolutely fantastic pointing out landmarks and taking brilliant photos for us on our devices. We were a party of 10 who would all highly recommend. Thank you for a great day.

It was a smooth transaction during the booking process. Antonio attended to all our concerns. On the day itself, however, was very stressful. Their representative on their booth was very disrespectful. We booked 10 days prior the event. We were not expecting to have the boat one hour prior our schedule but it was inappropriate to accept a booking that would finish at 3:10pm since we were booked to sail at 3:00pm. They committed that they would help with the decorations and asked us to arrive 15mins earlier, so we were expecting that we would start decorating and loading the items 15mins prior the cruise time but we were not able to do that. We also asked for trolleys for our items, but again, we were ignored by the team and we carried our items all by ourselves without any help from any of the staff. When we started loading our things at 3:10pm, the boat was a mess. One washroom had issues and trashes from the previous guests were still there. The rooms were also dirty. All staff were rushing, it was a lot of hassle, they did not even get a chance for a proper clean up and the boat was not sanitized. What was more disappointing was right after I informed the manager, Fernanda, personally about these issues, she got defensive and did not even apologize. I saw her talk to her team and they just started laughing, which gave us a conclusion that Fernanda did not even acknowledge our frustration, that they are used to complaints and they are not taking them seriously. We started sailing late so the kids did not get a chance to swim. The crew on board, Victor, was kind and cheerful, but the stress and frustration that the other staff and the manager herself were too much. I sent the manager my thoughts via WhatsApp the morning after the event. She read the messages but there was no apology nor response the whole day. She did not reach out until I posted my review online. Instead of just apologizing, she still insisted on her staff’s false statements. Very unreliable and unprofessional. So disappointing!

Not recommended at all. Their staff in the reception is not professional. They accepted a booking that will end at 3:10pm and our booking is at 3:00pm. They did not get a chance to clean and sanitize the boat because they were all rushing. Washroom and the room is too messy and not working properly. We started late so we did not get a chance to swim. The manager, Fernanda is very unprofessional. My wife informed her about the issues but she just laughed about it and she was trying to defend instead of solving the issues. Very unprofessional. There is a lot of other yacht charters around. Do not waste your time and money here.
