Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It was strange that the guide didn't tell us about the cave in English, we had to read part of the text and if we hadn't seen the QR code for the English Jeela material at the ticket office, we wouldn't have understood what was said.
English was only spoken when it was necessary to say that taking a picture inside the cave costs 10 euros (every phone, ticket must be bought at the entrance) and when it was slippery somewhere. I would have expected that for such an amount everyone would receive equal treatment, i.e. both the local language and English would be spoken, and at the ticket office it would be possible to discuss things
The cave itself was very cool!

This cave is a natural wonder, a must-see attraction. We climbed up to the entrance and walked 1800m route with a guide. Unfortunately he spoke only in Slovakian. We climbed up and down 980 stairs for an hour, so you must wear sport shoes. The ticket costs 10 euro, only in cash!, but we saw lots of beautiful natural wonder, so it’s worth a visit!

This is a must see. We chose the hour tour and the formations were just the best I've ever seen, all through the cave.
You don't need to understand Slovakian to enjoy the beauty of the cave.

The caves themselves are awe-inspiring, offering a rare and incredible kind of beauty. An experience not to be missed.

At the time of my visit access was only possible on a guided tour, and there were only one or two tours per day. So you need to ensure that you arrive at the right time.Local buses are good but not very frequent and the timetables are difficult to understand, so seek guidance from your hotel or another local person. And be aware that from the road you have to walk 500 m up a very steep hill to reach the cave entrance, so allow time for this before the departure time of the tour you wish to join.

The commentary was given by a loud recording, and only in Slovak. I asked my guide for a summary in English but this was not possible. However, before entering the cave I had been given a piece of paper that gave an English summary of the commentary: be sure to use this during the tour.

The cave entrance is in a remote location and you can have a really enjoyable walk in the area while waiting for your bus back to town.

It is really nice location. One of the most beautiful caves I have seen.
Be aware that next to the tickets you will be charged for parking.
To access the cave you will be required to take steep path but even our little one (2y) has managed to get there.
It is absolutely worth to take this effort as what you will see inside of the cave is absolutely fantastic.

A very nice cave. The corridors pass between stalagmites and stalactites. There are also quite a few stairs. The tour takes 60 minutes. The guide tells about the caves in several places, or a recording is played.

Visiting these caves was an amazing experience. Even though I don't speak Slovak, I downloaded English info online to read during the tour which was helpful but most of the time, I spent gazing around the magnificent cave system in awe of its beauty!

This cave is amazing. Please be physically fit before you go in as it has many stairs. Great efforts are made to keep the cave pristine and it is a true natural wonder. I have been there several times and see something new each time.

We did the standard 45 minute tour, the cave was beautiful to see. There are fairly many stairs to climb. The standard ticket does not allow you to take photos or videos (there's an extra charge for that), so the group was constantly under the supervision of a staff member who gave warnings to those taking pictures "illegally".

The guide, though most of his explanations given in Slovakian, made efforts to have some in English too, and gave some paper with some more explanations to English speakers.
