About
You cannot miss visiting the marvellous caves and beaches of our coastline and admire the marine lifein our glass bottom boats Gavina and Freu. You may also care to pass a few agreeable hours far away from the crowded beaches and take a refreshing swim in Cala Giverola (there's a bar and restaurant).

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Amazing trip, a lot more to the trip than expected. Definitely recommend. Were only expecting a bus to catch a boat, then back again...so much more to the trip x

We loved the boat trip. Stunning views and Cala Giverola was the best part. So much quieter than the beaches in Tossa, sunbeds are cheaper and it’s sandy. Highly recommend.

Spent an hour doing the round trip and really enjoyed it. Well worth the money. Crystal clear water so watching the fish was fantastic. Colours in the caves were beautiful. Juan, who was the skipper was very friendly. Highly recommend.

Great value for money trip. See the beautiful tossa coastline and end up at stunning beach. What I particularly liked was the fact you can suit yourself, spend as much time as you like at the beach before catching the boat back.

Disappointing as no history shared by the boat drivers, just a silent tour. Didn’t see many interesting fish through the glass bottom. Also the fish shouldn’t be fed bread rolls as they can’t digest yeast. Seems cruel. Overall, over priced for what you get.

We decided to do this trip on the suggestion of our hotel (Windsor) and it was perfect. The boat goes into very narrow caves and inlets and allows you to see the fish in the perfectly clear water as well as the rock formations. The water is not very tidal, so there is not a problem at any time.
The driver of our boat was so competent and careful.
The only negative on the trip were the couple who kept removing their masks, but he kept telling them to put them on. You can get off at a small beach and catch another boat back later if you want to and we stayed and had a lovely swim. Highly recommend this trip.

Rude staff at waiting area. Pushed us out of the shade. Rude and pretty sad and bored boat driver. He was angry with passengers not wearing masks properly. He could have asked politely. Also a girl passenger was sea sick and throw up and they did not bother offering help. Bad service. Ticket sales lady was nice also the other boatman was okay. Ride itself is practically boring, nothing exciting. No explanation, well nothing to say really. Maybe good for children who has never been in a boat. Not recommended. Take the hiking trail instead.

I’m not a fan of touristy boat trips but I enjoyed this one! It left promptly and got deep into the caves / brushed past beautiful rugged coastline. It also provides an opportunity to stay on one of the less busy beaches (although from what I could see it’s not significantly nicer than the Menuda beach). The sea is always choppy though so perhaps this is not a trip for those who get nervous at a bumpy ride! The duration was about an hour and I would recommend it.

A beautiful boat trip to see the rocky coast, marine caves, coves and lovely beaches near Tossa de Mar. Our trip lasted close to an hour and was well worth the money spent. Glass panels in the boat enabled us to observe fish. The boat entered 3 coves and we were able to get some great photos, as the captain and his assistant turned on spotlights in one of them. The coastline was gorgeous and those who wanted, could get off at the last small beach and stay or explore before coming back (every half hour there was a return trip). Highly recommended!

Doing this is relaxing. Not really spectacular but relaxing on a boat, nice conversations with people from abroad, kids liked the view very much. Stop halfway was excellent as well.

Jump off the boat and swim is not aloud during the boat tour. But we stop in a beautiful beach (Cala Giverola) where you can get off and spend the day there. During high season there’re boats every 30’ to come back to Tossa de Mar.
