The area
Address
Neighbourhood: Amager
In the eastern part of this neighbourhood, visitors will discover Amager Strandpark, a beach area which has become increasingly popular. It’s only a 30 minute bicycle ride or a 10 minute Metro trip away from the city center. Only a few hundred yards inland, some of the most creative musicians, artists, and writers in Copenhagen are occupying some of the old storage houses and production facilities. The western part is one of Copenhagen's most rapidly evolving areas, here you’ll find international architecture of the highest rank, the state of the art TV-Byen (the Danish pendant to BBC), a golf course as well as Copenhagen's best (and tiniest) ice bar.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Near airport and away from downtown center. Free shuttle service that is worthwhile if you are not getting the City Pass (to ride subway, bus, harbor shuttle, s-trains). Hotel is modern, great friendly service, and 10 mins max easy walk to Bella Sky subway station. From Bella Sky subway, the M1 (green line) is several stops to Kongens Nytorv in the heart of the city and major transfer point. From airport, you can take M2 subway (yellow line) to Christianshavn stop and transfer to the M1 line to Bella Sky. Otherwise taxi is about 160 kr one way. The hotel has a Japanese themed restaurant in Tower 2 with great views.

Disappointed in the hotel, paper cups for coffee in your room, no milk in fridge , limited plugs , no food after 10pm ... bear in mind sun goes down at 1020pm , no shelving and very limited cupboard space. Looked a bit like a ikea room. Beds and linen were great !! Staff were great

We visited the Spa as we were staying in the hotel. There are 3 pools - two warm and one very cold, a sauna and a steam room. It's a nice relaxing area and there is free fruit, peanuts and water. There are also treatments on offer but we didn't have any of them. Nothing special really but it is very clean which was welcomed. It cost 300 DKK for the two of us for 24 hours.

We had to pay as guests to use the hot tub/sauna spa. It was nothing special and definitely not worth the price! The steam room was broken, the hot tub was lukewarm, and the locker room did not have any amenities. It was a beautiful area that had a lot of potential but Not worth it.

The place is quite basic, 2 heated pools 4mtx3mtx50cm deep, one thermal shower, one freezing water small pool, sauna and steam room. No jacuzzi. I've seen better in 3* places.
Disappointing.

Although the architecture of the hotel is stunning, the rooms are not. I got a room that lacked any desk or working area. I am not sure what the hotel was thinking. When I complaint, they aid I had booked a standard room and a desk is not included in the standard room. That was a bummer. Never heard of a hotel for busines travellers where this would b ethe case. The Scandinavians take it too fra when they want to make things "simple". The staff also was not real helpful, seemed lost when asking questions.

I was visiting Aqua Spa with my mother. We spend some time in the spa and had treatments at the same time. It was an amazing experience. The service was really good, Cornelia and Betina were really good at their job and the treatments we had were very relaxing. We really enjoyed our mother-daughter day and were treated to the fullest. Service and place - super! Thank you Bella Sky Spa, once more!

Don't try to make an appointment if you're a man. No availability is standard response over three days.

This is located on the ground floor of the AC Bella Sky Hotel, in Copenhagen. The spa itself is nice and clean, not big but you have two heated pools and one cold pool, sauna and steam room is also there. The steam room is a little to hot and have to much menthol smell. It also has a relaxing area with three heated chairs you kan lay down on.
There is a little table with some fruits and nuts (hard fruits and not good) and cold water.

If your not a guest at the hotell you have to pay 350DK for entrance that gives you access for 24 hours, BUT if you are not a guest at the hotel, you will NOT get an wardrobe and flippflops from the staff.

The staff and their servicemind (or the one we met) is not very professional and welcoming.

If you look for a easy and ok spa, this is ok. But there is other spas that are better in town.

Please improve!
