Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Jardines de la Buhaira looked more like a park rather than Gardens when we visited, but it may have had to do with the time we did. It is a fairly large area and has some interesting trees and plants. There are some fountains and seats for people to sit, but the grass is just as good too. The gardens was part of an old palace dating to the Moorish period. Worth a visit if you happen to be nearby.

Jardin de la Buhaira is a beautiful place. You might think you are somewhere in Marrakesh, because it looks very excotic.

In the 12th century, the emir of Seville (I am sorry, if I use the wrong title), decided to, outside the city wall build a little summer castle and gardens, where plants from everywhere could be planted and acclimated. Good soil were brought from the Aljarafe (the agricultural outskirts of the city), and set in an area that became known as the Buhaira. The Buhaira Gardens are today a park with not as many trees as it once had, but it is still a pleasant area to stroll a little. There is there what is left of the old castle (where at night some plays are presented) and the old pool, where the water was kept for watering the plants. From the Carne Gate (where Santa Maria la Blanca is, or where the Murillo gardens end), it is a 15 minute leisure walk to get to the Buhaira gardens. Just go over or under the Firefighters bridge (Puente de los Bomberos) and continue straight up Eduardo Dato Street. You will see the Buhaira gardens on your right. There are many bars in front of it to have a coffee afterwards.

A nice little playground and some open space for kids to play. If you are nearby and need to let the kids use some energy this is a good spot. I would not go out of the way to come here. There are better locations.

Jardines de la Buhaira and the excellent Mudejar residence are interesting to visit. The old residence is a great example of the Mudejar style and you can go inside and see the the interior patio. The pleasant gardens were presumably a part of the property but are now separated by a busy road.

A great walk through of these gardens. So amazing in the size and variety of plant life. Game of thrones has been shot here before and I recognized several areas from the show.

Lots of graffiti and very dirty with broken bottles all around the building. A shame as I am sure it is a place of interest and would be a nice place to see. The gardens and the little bar in the gardens over the road is great though.

ruins of an old house- now covered in graffiti.. nothing really to see, very average gardens around it and a park and kid's playground for the locals. Not worth going sadly..
