Bellissima Chiesa, il parroco gentilissimo ci ha fatto visitare la cupola, scoprendo da lassù un panorama fantastico! Merita assolutamente una visita, insieme a tutto lo splendido paesino, pulito e ben curato

Il borgo medievale racchiude questo piccolo gioiello architettonico con un bellissimo campanile testimonianza fine XV secolo e la cupola , elemento architettonico di spicco sempre del XV secolo .
Quattro altari nella navata centrale e tre nella navata a sinistra , pregevoli decorazioni in stucco , al centro della volta un affresco settecentesco , nella cupola bellissime decorazioni in stucco terminate nell'occulo centrale con l'immagine del sole .
Nella navata a sinistra si può ammirare il leone reggistemma attribuito a Michelangelo Buonarroti e la macchina dell'orologio .

Splendido gioiellino artistico da visitare sicuramente, se non altro per le preziose testimonianze che si trovano all'interno, messe lì, come se nulla fosse. Una fra tutte il Leone di marmo sembra realizzato da Michelangelo. Una chiesa recentemente ristrutturata, tenuta nel migliore dei modi dal giovane e gentilissimo Parroco don Andrea Panfili. Insomma, per noi è stata una bellisisma sorpresa. Da non perdere!!

Il borgo medievale di Capranica Prenestina si snoda lungo vie strette e tortuose. Sulla sommità del paese si trova la chiesa di "Santa Maria Maddalena" un prezioso gioiello architettonico che conserva al suo interno molte testimonianze del suo ricco passato. All'esterno si può ammirare il Campanile in pietra di epoca medievale a base quadrata che presenta per due piani delle bifore,e affianca la facciata settecentesca. Ciò che rende unica questa chiesa è la cupola, il cui tiburio, è ritenuto opera realizzata su progetto di Donato Bramante (1444-1514) da uno dei suoi stretti collaboratori: Domenico Massimo. All'interno della navata sinistra si trova il leone reggistemma del XVI secolo attribuito a Michelangelo Buonarroti e la macchina della dell'orologio della torre campanaria tutt'ora funzionante. È possibile arrampicarsi attraverso una ripida scala a chiocciola del cinquecento per accedere al tiburio e godere dall'alto di una bella vista sul paese che in questi giorni è coperto di nebbia. All' interno della cupola, nel sottotetto, è allestito un bellissimo presepe che presenta interessanti prospettive. Una menzione particolare va fatta all'organo seicentesco di straordinario interesse storico e artistico. Ovunque si respira l'amore con cui questa chiesa è tenuta. Infatti è curata e pulita con dedizione personalmente dal giovane parroco, Don Davide, che si offre anche come guida espertissima per un interessante tuffo nel passato. Merita il viaggio!

Splendida chiesa che svetta sul piccolo paese di Capranica Prenestina.Si dice che la sua cupola sia opera di un allievo del Bramante.Da visitare per chi capita da queste parti.

Incastonato come un diamante paurosi arriva dopo avere attraversato tutto il borgo in questa splendida chiesa con cupola sembra essere attribuita dal Bramante. Notevoli gli interventi di ricostruzione, ne rimane intatto il campanile romano.

Svetta sul piccolo paesino. Assolutamente da visitare anche perché per arrivarci si attraversa tutto il borghetto medievale che risulta di una bellezza mozzafiato per quanto è tenuto bene.

Attraversando il centro storico di Capranica, si giunge alla parte più alta, dove sorge questa bella chiesa, con la sua cupola attribuita al Bramante. Eretta nel XIII secolo, ha subito notevoli restauri e fu quasi interamente ricostruita nel XVIII secolo. Della primitiva edificazione resta oggi un pregevole campanile tardo-romanico. All'interno è possibile ammirare tavole, tele ed affreschi che vanno dal XIII al XVI secolo. Molto bello un trittico che raffigura San Terenziano, San Sebastiano e San Rocco.
