Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

While it is well signposted as to wher it is, moecould be made of the history by giving the synopsis in say German and English as well as French. We felt it was a bit understated.which was a pity as it was well preserved.

This is a very interesting example of megalithic mound/ chambers and relates to other stone circles/ dolmens in the area. It is only a few minutes walk from the Chateau. Great photo opportunities and you can walk through the chamber

But not a whole lot there. Worth it if you are walking or biking by. Probably not the best for a dedicated trip out of the way.

Pornic and Brittany has the largest concentration of megalithic structures from the neolithic period and this one is good. You can walk inside and see the burial chambers in both tunnels. The site is over 5,000 years old. If you are into Dolmens - worth a visit.
