Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The cosiest tea room in Bratislava! The owners are very nice and helpful with your choice of tea. It hasn't happened ever, that I would get a bad one. Also the desserts are worth trying.

We had two different Japanese teas : both were of the best quality and even more important, they were prepared exactly as it must be. We had a tea pot and the assorted tea pot of the right size for each tea. And a small...jug to adjust the temperature of the water for each tea, with a special tea thermometer.... The place is very quiet, with appropriate music and plenty of books to read from (if you can read Slovak...). Prices are cheap, considering you will spend a long time refilling your cup. I wish we could have a place like this in my own city !More

We visit this tea-room regularly and like it very much. Very good tea, also some other sortiment (Medovina e. g.) , very nice environment and delicious cakes - just several kinds, really delicious. Not so sweat and fet as majority of typical Slovak cakes and...different as in other places. I really recommend.More

We visited here looking for a refreshing cup of tea. Little did we know the delights that awaited us. After a dramatic set of stairs we entered a hidden cellar which held a series of quirky rooms and provided the best tea experience we have...had in a long time. We were given a tea ceremony as authentic as any you could experience outside Japan. From the quality of the tea to the rustic decor this was a great way to spend an afternoon. Definitely try the Gyokuro green tea, it is superb and prepared with exquisite attention to detail. We should also mention Martin's excellent knowledge of tea and customer service. Only a man like this could create such a fitting dojo for the glorious beverage of tea.More
